Balance work for C/O Kumarda to Madho Nagar (Uttrala) to Nain Bhakhed Road km 0/00-1/735

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by all manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock,soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, complete including setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus / unuseful material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures. Recovery for useful stone of 29.52 ( Twenty Nine point five two ) cubic metre at the rate of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) per cubic metre amounting to Rs.8856/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Eight Hundred fifty six )only shall be effected from the contractors running bill on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary roads, hard rock, chiesling/wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited) , as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand : eight graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimeters) nominal size ) and curing complete including the cost of form work in Retaining walls, Breast walls, on ground or under water complete including, pumping or bailing out water ,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arisen at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 800, 900,1200 & 1600 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge . including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaning walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 1200, 1600 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) dia P.V.C. pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards draining face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 700 & 1200 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement in to three sand in to six crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size on ground in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in toe wall etctera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section/ clause 800,900 & 1200 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in sub structure for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-15 ( M fifteen) design mix with cement contents not less than 275 kg (two hundred seventy five kilograme) per cubic metre on ground or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in abutments,Toe walls and Parapets etcetra as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block, dirt wall etcetra and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block, dirt wall etcetra and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the government.
