Taking down cement plaster on walls any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on external surfaces of walls mixed with water proofing compound on stone masonry/concrete surface or brickwalls finished even & smooth without using extra cement. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Demolition of any old unserviceable roof treatment of any description including roof tiles/ padding including existing water proofing treatment etc.to expose the RCC Slab of roof all as specified and directed.

Wire brushing and cleaning top surfaces of tarrace or cement concrete including dismantling existing old roof treatment and junction of parapets as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L10 mm thick screed bed with CM 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finish even and smooth surfaces using without extra cement applied on padding concrete when concrete is stilll green, Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L APP modified membrane minimum weighting 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick with polyster non woven polyster reinforcement ( weight not less than 150 gms/sqm )shall be laid by torch application method and overlapped by 100 mm in all sides including applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85 / 25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm per Sqm including cleaning of surface as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding (average thikness 50mm thick) complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Disconnecting existing tanks, of any description exc. 250 ltrs and n.exc. 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc. from water storage tanks by using brush and bleaching powder and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. and writing the date of cleaning and next due date for cleaning of tank using stencil, capacity of tanks exc. 250 liters and not exc. 500 liters complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description exc. 250 ltrs and n.exc. 500 ltrs capacity and removing from site.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top thread type cover), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight of ball valve - 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from sitecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 15mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors including taking out/dismentling of old pipe complete all as specified. Note:Rate quoted is including execution & Earth work nothing extra shall be admissible.

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with clamps etc including taking out/dismentling of old pipe complete all as specified.

M&L for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of WCs bathroom etc by applying of the following specifiaction:-(i) Cleaning of sunken floor surface with mechanical means i.e wire brush/air blower etc and remove all loose/unsound material dirt dust etc. (ii)Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compund coating Hydroproof Xtra of FOSROC /Equivalent of Dr Fixit of Pidilite industries Ltd in the ratio 1:2:4 (one part of acrylic polymer : two part of water and four partof cement) (iiii) First layer of cement slurry @0.444 kg /sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementious composite compund @0.222 litre/sqm and allow it to air dry for 4 hour. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @0.222 kg /sqm mixed with acrylic based dified cementious composite compound @0.111 litre/sqm and allow it to air dry for 4 hour followed with water curing for 48 hours (v) 200 micron thick polytgen film shall be pasted with help of adhesive over treatment . Note:- Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be prperly sealed with sealing compund . Testing of all traps and joints and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement conrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 20 mm graded broken bricks aggregate ) as in foundation and mass concrete complet all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling floors hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n. exc. 0.11 sqm, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 450x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone or brick masonry surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L ranking out joints/pointing to squared rubble masonry coursed or incoursed built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar.

M&L keyed pointing to randam or polygonal rubble ,uncoursed or brought up to course in cement mortar 1:4

Making arrangement of scaffolding in buildings, cutting of small trees/plants at the stem, removal of the roots of the plants by using acids, cutting around the spot for removing the roots any size and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or with PCC 1:2:4 including finishing with exiting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
