Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides , both faces covered covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to matchcomplete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm , as in skirting/vertical surfaces etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed Non -Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone 20-25 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab,as in in skirting, dados, risers to steps etc, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified. Note: Kota stone on treads and risers shall be fixed in one piece only. No joints shall be provided.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick (average) screed bed /plaster in cement mortar 1:4 in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surface for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufecturer instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer and 0.40kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified waterproffing membrane weighing not less than 4 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm incl minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end/longitudinal lap torch sealed and bonded and applying two coats of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.20kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finishied with solar reflective bituminous paint/primer @ 0.10kg/Sqm over RCC roof slabs/projections/ parapets after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc as manufacturer's instructions incl removal of existing APP membrane sheets of any thickness and position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm including 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded with reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 10.00 mtrs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces of soffits of slab/facias/fins and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement .

Sunken slab treatment comprising of following:- (a) Taking out/down old existing sunken slab treatment including tiling, PCC and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken slab including removal of the rubbish out of campus complete all as specified. (b) Providing 25mm thick PCC type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate over cleaned sunken slab surfaces. (c) Applying bitumen priming coat/tack coat over PCC @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (d) 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bound. (e) Applying bitumen grade 85/25 over primer coat @ 1.20 Kg/sqm. (f) M&L for 25mm thick plastering (in two layers 15mm 1st layer, 10mm second layer) in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer instructions over 225mm thick PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer on walls over and including a coat of 2 mm thick wall care putty complete, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work shall be executed by mechnical means

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer over and including a coat of 2 mm thick wall care putty complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Work shall be executed by mechnical means

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old cement plaster of walls and perform waterproofing of exterior walls, including raking out joints,loose particles complete and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified high performance coating . The treatment shall be done from ground level and upto suitable height as directed and icluding 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 well finished even and smooth and applying two coats of water proof primer with 10% dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal properties, complete all as specified.complete all as sepcified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.
