Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) grade, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work in Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Laterite masonary in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth using neatly dressed laterite stones including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete

Solid concrete block (75kg/cm2) masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using concrete brick of size 40x20x12cm upto plinth level including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement/epoxy and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying 600x600mm vitrified antiskid mat finish floor tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement/epoxy and matching pigments etc., complete.

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles 600x600 mm having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Laying dismantled A.C corrugated sheet with G.I bolts and nuts, plates washer and bitumen washers 150 mm overlap and ends etc. including all labour charges but excluding cost of AC sheet etc. complete.(with dismantled AC sheets

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Applying one or more coat Royale Wall Base coat (asian paints) or equvalent primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc .complrte as per the instruction of engineer-in charge

Finishing with Epoxy paint two or more coats on steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Wall painting with two coat premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint one or more coats on old work of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Demolishing brick/laterite work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter Of area 3 sq. metres and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking serviceable material in Engineering Unit store and other materials within 50 metres lead as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs ( thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm) laid in cement mortar including stacking serviceable material in Engineering Unit store and other materials within 50 metres lead as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling roofing including ,Asbestos cement sheet, ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material at the Engineering Unit store as per the instruction of Engineer-incharge:

Providing and fixing 110 mm steel gratings (door type) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 25 mm PVC pipes (3/4") (10kg/cm2) , including all PVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall

Providing and fixing 110mm (4") PVC pipe (4kg/cm2) best quality Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipes, including all PVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall

Providing and fixing (1") Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipes(10kg/cm2), and all specials best approved quality This includes jointing of pipes & fittings and PVC valves etc with neccessary solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing Fibre lamination works to the RCC structure using resine fibre glass and chemicals after washing the surface roughly cleaned and dry fill in the cracks with suitable putty, first apply the resine to the surface well spread and pressing, applying a second layer of resin to smooth finish for forming the whole to a solid mass including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers
