Cutting existing GI/DI pipe line of 150 mm dia for alterations or additions necessarily done in position without taking down, dewatering for inserting flanged sockets, 'Tee' with reducer to 150 x 150 x 150 mm etc., for tapping, including necessary earthwork, exacavation and required specials complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for ductile iron pipe 150 mm dia, with spigot and socket end centrifugally (spun) cast class K-9 conforming to IS -8329 including special such as tees, elbow, bends reducers tapper pieces including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Notefor Serial item No. 50 & 51 : Silver mirror polish stainless steel on both sides .the wall inside the car should be sapphire mirror polish stainless steel. the front wall of the car should be silver mirror polish stainless steel.the floor of the car should be jet black granite.the COP in side the car should be full height silver mirror polish stainless steel faceplate with round flush mounted,wall buttons.car indicator should be colour LCD display,silver mirror polish stainless steel on lintel,flush mounted finish of 16 gauge with infra-red sensors all along the height for car door with automatic rescue/leveling device (ARD) (with + or -5 mm) with suitable batteries,Floor position digital indicators in car and all landing with call indicating lights etc including necessary joists and beams for mounting machine in the machine room including additional/alteration to existing lift well if any, all necessary civil works required in connection with erection of lifts complete all as specified. The lift shall be provided with and including the following :

a) Fire man switch. (b) Automatic rescue device (ARD) during power failure including manual operation provision with suitable capacity or batteries designed for running the lift with full load. © Battery operated emergency light (LED Ceiling fitting) alarm ( speaker for emergency alarm system to be fixed) and stop button in car with rechargeable areangement for battery). STRUCTURAL GLAZING

Design, supply, fabrication and fixing in position of structural Glazing system to external faces of the building at all floors [G+6] and locations of powder coated (50 micron thick) of approved colour Aluminium sections of approved size and make as Mullion & Transoms, the façade be fixed to the structure with powder coated MS brackets & anchor fasteners, the mullions are to be connected to brackets by stainless steel SS-316 nut & bolts, sufficient provision to be made to allow free movement of components due to temperature, deflection of RCC structure etc., without inducing stresses in structure, including provision and filling, two part pump filled, structural silicone sealant and one part weather silicone sealant compatible with the structural silicone sealant of required bite size in a clean and controlled factory / work shop environment, including double sided spacer tape, setting blocks and backer rod, flashings, fire stop (barrier)- cum-smoke seals, microwave cured EPDM gaskets for water tightness, all of approved grade, brand and manufacture, as per the approved sealant design, within and all around the perimeter for holding glass and provision for drainage of moisture/ water that enters the curtain glazing system to make it watertight, by incorporating principles of pressure equalization, providing suitable gutter profiles at bottom (if required), making necessary holes of required sizes and of required numbers etc., including providing and fixing in position flashings of solid aluminium sheet 1 mm thick and of sizes, shapes and profiles, as required as per the site conditions, to seal the gap between the building structure and all its interfaces with curtain glazing to make it watertight complete all as specified and directed.
