Supply, installation testing and commissioning of factory made 11 KV Compact Sub Station (CSS) with non extendable RMU consisting of 1 No manually operated 11 KV/400 Amps VCB in SF6 insulated stainless enclosure, HT Cable/Bus bar 630A,1 No, Transformer 250 KVA, 11/0.433 KV CRT dry type air cooled and LT switchgear complete in accordance with IEC: 62271-2021 & associated LT devices, Fault making capacity 52.5 KA/ Sec,Power frequency 1 min : 28 kV, Input range +5% to -5%, HV Current 13.12 Amps and LV Current 333 Amps, Star / Delta connection, 3 phase, and off load tap changeover, 5 Steps , Losses at No Load- ECBC Losses at 100% Efficiency at full load 98.3%, Average Amb Temp 50 degree C, HV & LV Winding - Copper Wound,Winding temp – 95 degree C above ambient comprising of and including the following :- (Applicable standards and testing for the above specifications and Hence, will be as per IS-11171;2021, IS-2026 (part I-11), IEC-6007-11, ECBC losses- Latest).
Enclosure (i) Outdoor type 2 mm thick galvanised iron (GI) enclosure with 4 mm thick GI base, powder coated. Roof shall be designed to support load upto 250kg/ sqm with suitable slanting (approx 10 degree) to prevent accumulation of water. Partition between compartments with 2 mm thick GI sheet (ii) Door with locking arrangement at suitable positions for easy operation and maintenance of all the components (iii) Suitable provision for HT and LT cable entry and S&F at site double compression cable glands for each cable entry (iv) Suitable LED illumination lamp with door operated switch for each compartment Integral lifting arrangement. Appropriate Danger notice plates at all sides and on each compartment (v) Protection grade IP 54 for HT & LT switchgear compartment and IP 34 for transformer compartment (vi) Type tested against Internal Arc at 21 kA for 01 second duration (vii) Suitable louvers designed for natural ventilation and thermal class K10
HT Section (i) 01 No VCB SF6 insulated consisting of 11 KV 630 Amps 50 Hz Vacuum Circuit Breaker (motorised) - 01 VCB and cable box with direct Raiser as per IEC 62271 and other relevant IS/ IEC standards (ii) Copper Busbar of suitable size-01 set (iii) Vacuum Circuit Breaker shall be suitably rated to withstand max 28 KV (RMS) at rated power frequency and lightning impulse withstand voltage 75 KV peak. It should have short circuit withstand capacity 21 KA for 3 seconds and internal arc withstand capacity 21 kA for 0.1 second. (iii) Self powered microprocessor electronic based numerical relay (with LCD display.and manual reset type) for protection against over current, earth fault, short circuit and transformer winding temperature increase. (iv) Current Transformers for 03 phases (03 Nos) with ratio : 200/5A,Class 1.0/10P10, Burden 15-15 VA. (v) Three position (Open, Close & Earth) independent operation Disconnector Switch (vi) Fault passage indicator (vii) Mechanical operation interlock (viii) Operation counter
(ix) Emergency Push button (x) Shunt Trip Coil suitably rated (xi) Manual Operating Handle (xii) Automatic motorised Spring Charging mechanism alongwith facility for manual spring charging handle / motor (xiii) Thermostatically controlled space heater of suitable rating connected through MCB and mounted by suitable spacers so that heater does not come in contact with panel wall or panel accessories. (xiv) Cable Boots suitable for 3C x 95 Sqmm for incoming and 3 x 1C x 95 sqmm for outgoing

Transformer (i) 11 KV/ 433 V, 250 KVA, 3 phase, 50 Hz epoxy cast resin CRT dry type copper wound transformer with vector group DYN11 as per IS:11171 : 2026 (Pt-I) - 2021 or as recommended by OEM of CSS and subsequently approved by dept (ii) Off load tap changer with +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% (iii) Winding temperature indicator with alarm and trip arrangement (iv) Losses as per latest relevant IS / ECBC.
LT Section (i) Incoming Air Circuit Breaker 415 volt grade 630 Amps, 4 pole, 50 kA, manual fixed (MF) type microprocessor release with overload, short circuit, earth fault, over and under voltage protection, High short time withstand capacity Icu = Ics = Icw for 1 sec, 100% rated neutral pole, Test button for on-load testing complete (ii) Copper busbar 500 Amp rated for main bus and suitable copper busbar for main bus to incoming side of MCCBs and internal control wiring with copper cables (iii) Three phase multi-function with LED display meter for indication of Current, Voltage, Frequency, Power Factor, KW, KVA, KVAR, KWH, KVAH, KVARH, fault data memory etc (iv) Current Transformers for 03 phases (03 Nos) with ratio : 630/5 A, 5 VA, class 1.0 (v)) Phase indicator LED lamps R, Y, B
Interconnection (i) RMU to transformer with 3 run of single core 95 sqmm copper conductor duly PVC 11KV insulation sleeve and other necessary accessories (ii) Transformer to LT Panel incomer with copper busbar 1000 amp duly PVC insulation sleeve (iii) Earth continuity conductor between integral components with 50 x 6 mm GI strip (iv) Suitable termination points for connecting external earth strips to the CSS
Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil n exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying HT cable, foundations etc complete all as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil n exc 1.5 metre wide but exceeding 1.5 metre and not exc 3.0m deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying underground cable, foundation for poles etc complete all as specified and directed.
Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, laying of DWC (double Wall corrugated) HDPE polyethiline pipe of size outer dia 120 mm and inner dia 103.5 ISI marked including couplers, bends, cap etc. with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as secified and directed.
M & L for making horizontal bore by suitable means for insertion of GI pipe 80 mm bore for passing cable across the road without cutting the road complete all as specified & directed.
M & L for 80mm bore galvanised tubing light grade laid in trenches or fixed to pole and / or laid under road in any position with necessary clamp nut and bolt etc for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.
Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE HT underground insulated (Earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core conforming to IS-7908(Part-I)1988, laid in trenches/down through pipe fixed to walls/poles or laid under roads/drains/path/culverts complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation & earth work, sand, cable protection shall be measured and paid seperately).
M & L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (Earthed) HT cable for outdoor end termination heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, install, test and commissioning of LT Panel, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, outdoor cubical type floor mounted CPRI approved factory made, double door dust and vermin proof IP-54, fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with 2 mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incoming and outgoing connections, one set of LED indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse and the panel board shall be provided with proper ventillation including suitable size of cable alley copper bus bar suitable for carrying of Aluminium suitable bus bar suitable Amps rating, 3 Nos for phases and one No for neutra with suitable connections from MCCB outgoing to main bus bar shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bars of suitable rating and connections from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB's (intake point) will be carried out with TPN copper bus bar as per MCCB rating duly insulated all MCCB with ICS=100% ICU, adjustable thermal - 0.8-1 In, adjustable magnetic-5 mounted on suitable size o bridge insulator including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.35 m height positioned and ixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged pole 11 m long Type -410 SP-55 conforming to IS-2713 part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,nuts, bolts and washers etc. and fixed into plain cement concrete foundation duely painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparetion of surfaces and making strip 150mm wide upto 1.50m( above PCC coping) by black , yellow paint in alternate layers and pole nos. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, PCC will be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape & size as indicated or directed and including of one primer coat one under coat one finishing coat with aluminium paint complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F expulsion fuse assembly single pole vertically mounted on MS channel 11000 volts grade above 25A & upto 50 Amps capacity including making connections with HT cables/GOD with provision of jumper suitable crimped/fixed with appropriate size of lugs/connectors complete all as specified and directed.
S&F pin type, procelain, vitreous white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150 mm dia, 11000 Volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed.
