| 0.00GENERAL NOTES: 1) Debris generated from this work shall be disposed off by the contractor outside departmental premises by mechanical transport etc. without any extra cost to the department and/or as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. During execution of work Contractor should maintain proper safety measures and provide proper insurance coverage to all work men to be engaged in this work. Contractor should quote rates accordingly. Disposal of rubbish/debris to be carried out periodic basis (i.e. once in month or as & when instructed by EIC.) (2) Bidders must visit the site before submission of tender. (3) Above mentioned work will be executed at Bidhannagar & MCF campus of VECC. Bidders are requested to quote rates accordingly. (4) Rate of each item shall include the cost of manpower, materials, tools & tackles, scaffolding etc. at all level. ( 5) Contractor has to be very careful so that no nuisance is created or users are not disturbed during execution of the work. Labours engaged should be well behaved/good mannered. (6) Security regulation and rules of DAE shall be strictly followed during deployment of materials and work force. The work should be done satisfying all safety aspects and insurance coverage for all workers to be involved in this job is a mandatory requirement and contractor should quote rates accordingly. PPE’s (such as safety shoe, helmet with chin strap, safety belts, safety goggles, safety shoes, welding shields, gloves, vici wear etc.) are compulsory for all workers. (7) A copy of challan of each lot of materials brought at site shall be handed over to the department as soon as materials brought into site. Test certificate of materials shall be submitted as desired. (8) Testing of materials as directed to be done as per requirement and charges if any shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (9) Time schedule as mentioned in NIT shall be strictly adhered to. The work should be carried out even on extended time period if required and for that special permission has to be obtained from competent authority. (10) Wherever cement based repair work will be undertaken, SSD (Surface Saturated Dry) condition must be achieved. (11) Plaster on repaired surface shall match with existing surface. Only OPC or PPC can be used for repair work. (12) All sand to be used for this job should be coarse sand duly screened unless specifically mentioned. (13) Area for removal of plaster for repairing, shall be of rectangular in shape or any regular geometrical shape. (14) Painting work shall be under taken at least after seven days of completion of any kind of repairing work (15) All latex will be used as SBR latex. Use of construction chemicals of same manufacturer preferred, otherwise compatibility is to be ensured. (16) Samples shall be got approved by the department before mass procurement and fabrication. | |||||||

A> The vendor should have satisfactorily completed 'similar works' in Government / Semi-Government / PSUs as detailed below during the last SEVEN years ending 31-Jan-2026:
Three 'similar works' each costing not less than Rs. 10,00,000/-
OR Two 'similar works' each costing not less than Rs. 15,00,000/-
OR One 'similar work' costing not less than Rs. 20,00,000/-
NOTE: (a) Documentary evidence in the form of completion certificate from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer / Project Manager to be provided for the above works.
b) Cost of work means gross value of the completed work including taxes. The value of the completed work will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7% per anum calculated from the date of completion of work to the date 31-Jan-2026 .
c) If the bidder wants to upload only one or two 'similar works' details then the non-applicable cells where input are not necessary will turn white.
(d) Here "similar work" will imply the following:
General civil works
B> Should have had average annual financial turnover of Rs. 25,00,000/- during the 3 consequent financial years mentioned in the information sheet - PART-III.
NOTE: Scanned copy of last three years financial turnover certificates issued by Chartered Accountant should be uploaded
C> Should not have incurred any loss in more than two years during the last five years mentioned in the information sheet.
NOTE: Scanned copy of profit & loss certificate issued by Chartered Accountant should be uploaded If there is loss during any financial year, enter the profit amount as negative in the information sheet
D> The vendor should have a solvency of not less than Rs. 10,00,000/-.
NOTE: Scanned copy of latest solvency certificate issued by Nationalised/ Scheduled bank to be uploaded. The date of issue of the certificate should not be older than 31-Jan-2025.

b) 'काम की लागत ' का मतलब करों सहित पूर्ण किए गए कार्य का सकल मूल्य| निष्पादित कार्य के मूल्य को 7% प्रति वर्ष की सामान्य दर पर कार्य की वास्तविक मूल्य में वृद्धि करते हुए वर्तमान लागत स्तर तक लाया जाएगा; जिसका परिकलन पूर्णता की तारीख से 31-Jan-2026 तारिख तक दिया जाएगा।

0 GENERAL NOTES: 1) Debris generated from this work shall be disposed off by the contractor outside departmental premises by mechanical transport etc. without any extra cost to the department and/or as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. During execution of work Contractor should maintain proper safety measures and provide proper insurance coverage to all work men to be engaged in this work. Contractor should quote rates accordingly. Disposal of rubbish/debris to be carried out periodic basis (i.e. once in month or as & when instructed by EIC.) (2) Bidders must visit the site before submission of tender. (3) Above mentioned work will be executed at Bidhannagar & MCF campus of VECC. Bidders are requested to quote rates accordingly. (4) Rate of each item shall include the cost of manpower, materials, tools & tackles, scaffolding etc. at all level. ( 5) Contractor has to be very careful so that no nuisance is created or users are not disturbed during execution of the work. Labours engaged should be well behaved/good mannered. (6) Security regulation and rules of DAE shall be strictly followed during deployment of materials and work force. The work should be done satisfying all safety aspects and insurance coverage for all workers to be involved in this job is a mandatory requirement and contractor should quote rates accordingly. PPE’s (such as safety shoe, helmet with chin strap, safety belts, safety goggles, safety shoes, welding shields, gloves, vici wear etc.) are compulsory for all workers. (7) A copy of challan of each lot of materials brought at site shall be handed over to the department as soon as materials brought into site. Test certificate of materials shall be submitted as desired. (8) Testing of materials as directed to be done as per requirement and charges if any shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (9) Time schedule as mentioned in NIT shall be strictly adhered to. The work should be carried out even on extended time period if required and for that special permission has to be obtained from competent authority. (10) Wherever cement based repair work will be undertaken, SSD (Surface Saturated Dry) condition must be achieved. (11) Plaster on repaired surface shall match with existing surface. Only OPC or PPC can be used for repair work. (12) All sand to be used for this job should be coarse sand duly screened unless specifically mentioned. (13) Area for removal of plaster for repairing, shall be of rectangular in shape or any regular geometrical shape. (14) Painting work shall be under taken at least after seven days of completion of any kind of repairing work (15) All latex will be used as SBR latex. Use of construction chemicals of same manufacturer preferred, otherwise compatibility is to be ensured. (16) Samples shall be got approved by the department before mass procurement and fabrication.

14 Notes for Brickwork: a) The contractor shall get approved the samples of bricks from the Engineer-in-Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. b) Necessary openings / nitches / cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-in-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. c) One brick wall thickness shall be considered as 250mm and half brick wall as 125 mm and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimensions by the contractor in CM 1:4 to proper line, level and plumb without any extra cost to the Department. d) The rate shall include cost of making the brick masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department.

22.01 Note: (a) The rate shall include the cost for the followings: - i) Making suitable opening for light fixtures with 25 x 25 x 3mm all-roundaluminium angle fixed to false ceiling system and held in a position / level by 4 nos suspender at each corner and spring clip, the same shall be leveled in line and level of false ceiling. Rate includes cost of aluminium angle, clips rods anchor fastener, labour etc. ii) Providing and fixing trap door of false ceiling panel with frame out of 25x25x3mm angle / 25mm x 3mm flat and edge profile with suitable aluminium hinges for opening and closing including locking arrangement with all approved accessories, labour etc. (b) The false ceiling and vertical masking shall be measured in sqm in actually laid. The length and width shall be measured net between wall mould angles. No deduction for cut out and opening around column shall be made. 23.01 Note: i) The contractor shall submit 6 copies of shop drawing showing the dimension details of fabrication etc. for the approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Only extruded sections will be measured for payment. Rate shall include cost for all fittings & fixtures, fasteners, cleat, locks, door / window handle etc. (iii) Minimum anodizing thickness on all extruded section should not be less than 15 µ (micron). (iv) Payment shall be made per Kg. basis. Aluminium sections such as frame work/ aluminium grills etc. shall only be measured linearly as per actual/finish cutting size nearest to centimeter and multiplied with actual sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without extra allowance for wastage. (v) No separate payment for fittings such as locking arrangement, hinges, fittings and fixtures, gasket, cleat , handles, push/pull plate etc. shall be made nor measured for payment, Tenderers are requested to consider the cost of all fittings, fixtures, locking arrangement cleat gasket, screws, hinges etc. while quoting the rate for unit weight for aluminum sections.

36 Repair of damaged/corroded RCC members etc. by carefully dismantling, chiseling all loose spalled and cracked concrete and plaster till exposing a hard firm surface at any height, level, location, cleaning reinforcement steel thoroughly tying new reinforcement of desired shape, inserting ends of bars in drilled holes of required size up to a minimum depth of 10(ten) times of the bar in concrete duly grouted with epoxy mortar or as directed, if found necessary de-rusting with sand/emery paper including chemical cleaning with “Rustolin” or equivalent, washing with water jet, applying anticorrosive polymer modified protective coating “Sika Rustop” of M/s. Sika or approved equivalent in cement slurry in the ratio 1:3 (1 Latex : 3 Water) or as directed by the department uniformly on concrete surface including steel, laying concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Sand : 3 Stone chips 6mm size) with heavy dash and uniformly to build concrete thickness in between 35 to 60 mm made with plasticizer cum waterproofing admixture like Sika Plastocrete Super @2% by weight of cement or equivalent on columns, beams, chajjas, slabs, facia etc. including leveling up with cement plaster (1:4) over a coat of cement slurry mixed with latex in water in the ratio 1:6 (1 Latex : 6 Water) or approved equivalent up to a thickness of 15 mm finished to level, plumb making drip moulds, vatas, corners etc. to match with existing at any level, location, providing all manpower, tools, materials etc. followed by proper curing etc. complete as per manufacturer’s recommendation and direction of EIC.

37 Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt conforming to IS-16532:2017, consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrance manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under:Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/ 5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane.
