Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works upto plinth level.

Providing and laying C.C. bearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications. Construction of RCC railing of M-30 Grade in situ with 20mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade,tolerence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post expansion, complete as per approved drawings and MORTH technical specification 2703,1500,1600 and 1700 including reinforcement and form work and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and carriage of material.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment wing wall and retaining wall complete as per drawing & technical specification clouse 1204.3.8 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry /Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall /return wall with 100 mm (hundred milimetre) dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV :20H towards face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.

Providing and fixing drainage spout complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification of the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material.

Providing and fixing on position 20 mm (twenty milimetre) thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans,not excluding 10 m (ten metre) to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20mm (twenty milimetre) covered with sealant complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing and filling joints sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% ( six percent) bitumen by weight.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of metal piston supported by a disc of unreinforced elastomer confined with in a metal cylinder,sealing rings, dust seals PTFE suface sliding against stainless steel mating suface complete assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel,metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC : 83 part I & II respectively and other parts conforming to BS:5400 section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MORTH specification complate as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge
