Item Description/ Heading : Calibration and maintenance of Drager make Gas sensor (X-am 5600 & X-am 2500 for NO2, SO2 and Aldehyde sensors (quarterly basis) of different U/G Mines and RRRT Burhar of Baikunthpur Area. Having Authorize firm from Drager safety AG & CO. KGaA for Calibration and maintenance of Drager make gas sensor.
1- Calibration of X-am 5600 with CO2, CH4, 02, H2S, CO gas through CC-VISION system software every quarter. 2- updation of firmwae if required . 3- Equipment servicing ( if any spare required to rectify the device will be charged separately). 4-Functional checkup of the equipment. After successful calibration DSIPL engineer will issue calibration certificate. 5- Visit schedule every quarterly for calibration & maintenance. 6- 2 Nos Emergency visit . Price of calibration per sensor(05 Sensor) is Rs1095+GST per calibration (28 Nos Instrument x 4 Qustyrt =112 Instrument with each instrument having 5 sensor x 28 Instrument = 140 Sensor each quarter
