S&F LED High bay, 120W 5700K (NB), LED IP65 luminaire with high efficacy, including hanging arrangement (incl angle iron, clamp, nut, bolts fabrication etc)of the light from angle beam, Make- Havells, Model-BAYBRITESAUCERHBP120WLED757S90DTOLT G or equivalent in Phillips/Wipro/CG. Note for item No 1.00 to 77.00 : - (a) The contractor will collect complaint on daily basis and sufficient resouorces will be deployed by him/her for carryingout of day to day complaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit suitable penalties shall apply as mentioned in relevant clause of Contract. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion / non completion remarks duly signed by users / MES rep. will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with Engr-in-charge or JE detailed by him. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergent complaints and will notify auth rep / Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond state time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer wil be final and binding in this regard. (d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rates deems to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Outram Line Area. (f) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed periodically to streamline complaints disposal system.
