2) RAW WATER PUMPING STATION 2.1) Raw water Pumping Machinery Supply & Eraction of Horizontal spindle split casing type pumping sets of following duties directly coupled to AC squirrel cage induction type motor with accessories as described in Schedule No II complete in all respect with priming arrangement with complete base frame 2600 LPM X 30 M. 3) WATER WORKS 3.1) Raw water Pumping Machinery Supply & Eraction of Horizontal spindle split casing type pumping sets of following duties directly coupled to AC squirrel cage induction type motor with accessories as described in Schedule No II complete in all respect with priming arrangement with complete base frame 700 LPM X 12 M. 3.2) Clearr water Pumping Machinery Supply & Eraction of Horizontal spindle split casing type pumping sets of following duties directly coupled to AC squirrel cage induction type motor with accessories as described in Schedule No II complete in all respect with priming arrangement with complete base frame 1300 LPM X 45 M. 4) PANEL BOARDS FOR MOTORS Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of wall mounted electrical L.T. Panel board, fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet duly stouted with suitable angle iron frame work and completely powder coated of approximate size 1200 x 900 mm and 400 mm deep having follwing items 4.1) For 2 no Pumping Sets of 2600 LPM x 30 m Head a) Main switch 100 amp. 2 No. (L&T Siemens, ABB) b) CT 100/3 = 2 Nos. 12) Supplying and fixing of Gantry with chain pulley block of following capacity with traveling trolley of appropriate lifting capacity for handling of pumping sets capable of moving along the girders to be provided in the pump house complete in all respects as per specifications approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Ton Capacity at W/W

13) Supply erection testing and commissioning of Flow Meter (KRONE Make) with digital display of 150 mm i/d complete in all respect.

14) Supply erection testing of reputed make LED light 100 wats with fittings and accessories complete in all repects.

15) Providing & fixing suitable size floating arme along with swivel bend as per required specifications approved by Engineer-in-Charge

16) Operation & Maintenance Operation and maintenance for the complete scope of work mentioned in the DNIT as per as per schedule - IV for a period of 5 years including 12 months defect liability period after trial run period of 3 months O&M during defect liability period (Operation only)
