Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out for hard/dense soil complete all as spd and directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Random Rubble walling built in cement mortar 1:6 un- coarsed well bonded bedded and solidly heartedcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering throating and necessary form work complete all as specified.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm (broken stone or boulders), deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as spd and directed

M & L for Cement Concrete 75 mm thick as in sub base type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in base concrete to floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 10mm rendering on other than fair faces in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered new surface of walls including cornices and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor including watering and consolidation 25mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glossy finished machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M 35 grade with white grey cement and pigment, glossiness in pigments and laid in position /pattern all as approved and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast concrete block as in Kerb Stone (Machine made) with solid blocks type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
