Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggr. Finished even and fair.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quailty) 7 to 8mm (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but n.exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors, etc set and jointed in neat cement slury & pointed in coloured cement to match over a 15mm thick screed of CM 1:4.

All as per item No 4 above but as in skirting over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4.

S&F for GI frame work 605 X 605mm grid for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate chennel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleats and steel expansion fastener with and including ceiling section (not exc. 1.2m length) of 0.5mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm flange of 26 mm each with lips of 1050 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre.

Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface.

S&F for false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforcement Gypsum) False ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm of approved texture , design and patterns having mositure content less 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.85 (with 50mm thick glass wool) as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part-4)-1970 and light reflectance of 75-85% to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-grid of hot dipped galavanised section of 0.30mm thick (galavanised @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size24x32mm length 3000 mm, cross-Tof size 24x26 mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermidiate cross -T of size 24x26 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size of size 600x600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galavanised mild steel items (galavanizing @ 80 grams per sqm ) i.e. 50mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 das fasteners , 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm lenghth and l- shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. M&L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 20mm thick cement screed base in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab includin rubbing and polishing, treating the surface wit bees wax polish, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x350x7 mm thick laid over 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing tubular steel work in vertical posts, rafters, purlins, etc including special shaped washer and structural steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at contractor's workshop, etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
