Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, providing and fixing suspended false ceiling consisiting of 12mm thick Gypsum seamless board suspended on GI frame work with staggered joints, GI frame work to consist GI perimeter channel 25mm x20mm of 22 gauge along perimeter of false ceiling. Channel section of 50x25mm of 22 gauge and at 300mm C/C throughout one way fixed with Screw/nut bolt and other direction 40 x 15mm x 22 gauge channel provided for interlocking with GI cleat and expansion fasteners including hangers 6mm dia G.I. fixed to roof truss, Boards are to be joined and finished so as to have a flush look which includes finishing the tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with joining compound paper tape and two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer & one layer putty 1.5mm thick suitable for gypsum board (As per the recommendation s/ practice) including necessary scaffolding and shuttering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, providing and fixing suspended false ceiling consisiting of 4mm thick non asbestoes fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted with screws suspended on Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified including G.I. hooks & hangers 6mm dia G.I. of required fixed to roof slab. The aluminium framework is supported on side wall with the use of 1" x 1" angles complete as per manufacturer's specification & drawings and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer as per the recommendation/ practice including necessary scaffolding and shuttering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof tiles mangalore pattern interlocking at side joints laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying/Fixing only roof tiles mangalore pattern interlocking at side joints laid dry complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Reusable tiles obtained from Item No. 04 shall be used)

M&L for ridge or hip tiles to suit mangalore pattern of roofing tiles bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling tile battens of any size including tiling fillets spaced exc 15 cm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sq. cm and over in section for unframed, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings under 40 Sq cm in section for unframed work in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc, in unframed works complete all as specified and directed.
