Material and labour for false ceiling with GI powder coated frame work and 4 mm thick E board classic design , non asbesto fibre reinforced cement board , Reinforced Designer Board tiles conforming to IS-14862 and ISO-8336 , of approved texture at all height duly suspended ceiling laid on hot dip galvanised iron imposed grid of size 600 mm x 600 mm, T section / Angle section including cutting holes in brick wall and making good surface with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 / 1:3 cement mortar complete all as specifiedand having following details: (a) 27mm x 27 mm angle 0.55 mm thickness, GI powder coated hot dip galvanised plugged at the rate 600mm centre to centre alongwith the perimeter of wall. Supply and fixed of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light fitting with 25 watts LED made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening including separate driver comportment with IP 66 protection & impart resistance of IKO7 with operating voltage range of 140V to 270 V olts, 110 Lumen per watt complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable up to cealing rose to fittings and GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe medium grade 32mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to required shape complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire 4mm dia as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth wire encased in and including 20 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply, laying, testing LT underground electric power cable crossed linked XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / laid under floor or fixed to walls/on poles / in ducts including all fixing and connecting accessoties such as Aluminium cable lugs, nut, bolts , washers etc complete all as specified Note: (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick / tiles / block clamps nuts bolts washers and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items)

Supply, laying , testing LT underground electric power cable crossed linked XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / laid under floor or fixed to walls/on poles / in ducts including all fixing and connecting accessoties such as Aluminium cable lugs, nut, bolts , washers etc complete all as specified Note: (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick / tiles / block clamps nuts bolts washers and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items)

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed .

Material and labour for laying old size bricks, fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings of 50 mm bore dia, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing heavy duty exhaust fan 300 mm sweep MS body with antidust painting, 4 blade with heavy duty motor and double ball bearing, 1320 RPM, single phase 230/240 volts copper wounds, Air delivery -1600 CMH complete with all accessories as bird guard/ louvers shutters etc incl making connections with 3 core flexible multistranded copper conductor of size 0.75 Sqmm run through flexible pipe all as specified and as directed including cutting holes and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls in CM(1:4) and finishing the surface as per existing color scheme complete all as specified and as drected.

Supply and fixing of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 230 volts AC 50 Hz, metal body with BEE 5 STAR rating comforming to IS-374-1979 including necessary connection with prewired 3 core flexible multistrand copper cable complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electric water heater, storage vertical type, BEE 5 star rated, 25 ltr capacity 230 volts AC, 50 Hz comprising of high wattage heating element for instant heating, extra thick SS inner tank of superior 304 grade, rust & shock proof ABS outer body, non-ferrous pressure plate with & including provision of Pressure relief valve and grouting bolts suitably flushed to wall or any other surface including electric connection with 3 core PVC insulated, sheathed, stranded copper conductor cable/flexible chord and hot and cold water connection pipe of best quality as per manufactuer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed of CP angular stop cock one way with flange fancy type, screwed down for 15 mm bore dia. pipe, high pressure, with crutch handle, screwed externally both ends for unions etc. and fixed complete all as specified .

Supply and fixed of Gunmetal , globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 20 mm bore dia. iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified.

Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions of 20 mm dia bore GI tube for inersion of reducer Tee etc. with all accessories complete all as specified.
