Supply and Installation of Flood lighting for the development of sports infrastructure at CUSAT campus

od383352/2022_2023 : Design, manufacturing, supply, and installation of 25 meter Hot dip galvanized, polygonal high masts with fixed head frame suitable for mounting 20 to25 nos. of 1000 W LED flood light fixtures complete with all accessories as required including RCC foundation. Hot- dip Galvanization process as per IS 4759:1996 with cage type climbing arrangement and maintenance platform for easy maintenance and aiming of luminaires. The pole shaft shall be in 3 sections with Bottom section of min 6mm and top section 4mm thick, bottom min 600mm dia and top 200mm dia with monkey cage ladder as required. The cage ladder shall be bolted to mast of 10mm thick M.S Flat. Structural Stability calculation should be done to ensure the system to withstand up to 39 M/s wind speed.

od407692/2022_2023 : Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of 1000W (+/-50w) or nearest wattage rating Sports lighting LED Floodlight luminaries with minimum 1, 14,000 Lumens Light output in CRI>80.. At least 3 optics options of NB, FLNB & AWB to achieve required lux level mounted on each LED. Luminaries should have Minimum IP 66 and IK 08 Protection. Internal Surge protection of 4KV and External surge protection of 20 KV in minimum required. The LED's used in the luminaries shall be shall be high power with power consumption between 1W to 5W with CRI greater than 80 in 5700K CCT. The luminaries shall be designed to ensure lumen depreciation L70 over 75000 burning hours as per LM 80 report. The luminaries should have fins on the back to ensure good heat dissipation and to prevent dirt from settling on the luminaries along with aiming angle scale shall have a power factor >0.95 and THD<10% and suitable for an operating voltage range of 140- 277V AC and cutoff at >300V AC and self restore. Driver should sustain up to 8 hours at 440 V AC. The luminaries shall be dutiable for dimming coded mains or 1 to 10V dimming. Product Catalogue, LM79, LM80 & TTC shall be submitted. The supplied Luminaries should have minimum 5 year of warranty.

1.21.2 : Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/ recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.25 mm

5.2 : Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

90.16.1.1 : Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required 2mm copper conductor (14 SWG)

5.9 : Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

5.15 : Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
