WORK OF WIDENING AND STRENGTHENING OF THE APPROACH ROAD (RURAL ROAD) FROM MADHOTANDA PURANPUR ROAD TO THE MAIN ROAD TO THE TEMPLE AT THE ORIGIN OF GOMTI RIVER IN DISTT Pilibhit

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thicknessas per MORTH Specification section 200 complete in all respects.

Dismantling of existing structures Reinforced cement concrete, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres. Clause No. 2.4 (202).

Road way cutting Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved materialas per MORTH Specification section 200, 300 complete in all respects.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Carted Upto 3.00 Km) As per MORTH Specification. Clause 305 (3.16)

Construction of granular sub-base Grading 1 by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, as per section 400 of MORTH specifications complete in all respects.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORTH Specification Clause 406 (4.14)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (PQC M-35) over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement PQC M35 with @ 400 kg of cement per cum, mini., coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished In continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal Joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tle rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per MORTH specifications Section 600 / Clause 602 complete in all respects

Providing and laying of 80 mm thick Interlocking cement concrete tiles (300mpa) including laveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand including the cost of material,labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification section 300 complete in all respects.

PCC Grade M15 Using Batching Plant complete in all respects as per MORTH specifications Section 1700, 1000, 2100, 2200, 2300

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications section 1300 complete in all respects.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications Section 1300 & 2200 etc.

Reinforced Cement Concrete grade M-25, complete in all respects as per Drawings and MORTH Technical Specifications Section 1700, 1000, 2100, 2200, 2300 etc. using Batching Plant.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement (Sail/Tata/JSPL) in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications section 1600 complete in all respects.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drainage face complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Section 2700 & 2200 etc.

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification. Clause No. 15.1 (2503).

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint bridge No. and span arrangements as per as directed by Engineer.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MORTH specifications, as per MORTH Specifications section 300 complete in all respects.

Supply and laying of empty cement bags filled with local earth sand and carriage up to site of work including stiching loading and unloading stacking and also including supply of all material labour T&P required for proper completion of the work etc.as per direction of Engineer In charge. SOR Chp. 19 New Item 1.

Supply and Fixing of 1000 mm Dia Hume Pipe NP-3.
