Supplying , Installation , testing & commissioning of VRF Type units air conditioning system complete with indoor & outdoor unitss with individual controller for cooling & heating type operation, system shall be BMS and airconditioning supply , installation of modular tyep VTF outdoor system , equipeed with efficient scrooll 100% invertor compressor , hot & cold both condenser fan auto check function for connection errror auto address setting of following capacity , outdoor shall be capable to operate in ambient conction(colling & heating )from -5 DegC:52 Deg C & from -15 DegCto 24 Deg C , VRF/VRV must be equiped with variable energey efficientuy regulation device feature which shall be enabling the ODU to perform in # models (Basic Mode/ Tourbo mode and high effeciency Mode ) with varied EER in all three modes. No De- Ration or capacity upto 39 Deg C: shall be in accordance to new Rama Guidelines ato dust removal , DC Motor drive for compressor motor and condensing fan brushless DC Fan motor , 0.5 watt stand by powewr , auto restart function . All round voltage , protection with volatge flactuation withstandable upto =/- 15% with enhanced DC inverter scroll compressor adn sub cooling circuit technology , , the UDU shall be capable to feed indoor units at as distance of 240 MRT , with an outdoor in indoor elevational difference 110 RMT and indoor to indoor Elevational diffenece of 30 RMT , the ODU shall be capabkle to have commulative piping pf 1000 RMT. Refrigerant Piping :- Supplying , Installation , testing & commissioning of Interconnecting refrigerant pipe work with (19mm/13mm thick) closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units as per specifications all piping inside the room shall be properly supported. Make :- RAJCO / MAXFLOW / TOTALINE / MANDEV ( Other standard make approved by Engieer- in- Charge.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required complete in respect.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required complete in respect.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required complete in respect.

Annual Maintenance of Cost.

Providing comprehensive maintenance for a period of five years including one year warranty bound from date of commissioning & handing over of the equipment to the owner as certified by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall guarantee the equipment against all deffects of materials and workmanship for the period of 5 years, including the compressor. Any deffects arising during this comprehensive maintenance period shall be rectified and made good by the vendor at his own risk and cost to the satisfaction owner the contractor will provide sufficient No of service/ operator team (available 12 hours) along with the service spares during the guarantee ( defect) period at site. Any defects, including drain, arising will be attended with in 24 hours. The rates coated by the contractor shall be complete including cost of all labour and material etc.
