Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breakingclods in returnfilling, dressing, water in gandramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified.

PCC 1:3:6 in foundation (Plain cement Concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days)

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement croncrete works cement,coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (formwork and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately). Using Mixer Machine and Without using admixture, plasticiser. M25 grade concrete or Prop. 1:1.5:3

Steel Shuttering for vertical surface such as walls (any thickness), Liftshafts, partitions and the like including attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.
