PART-A Hiring & Operation of 4 no. diesel driven 7/9 seater AC model not older than 2017 having commercial permit (along with drivers) on monthly charges basis for 24 hrs. round the clock at 2x600 MW RGTPP, Khedar Hisar for emergency duties upto 3000 running kms per month per vehicle. (Including all road Taxes passenger Taxes, Token taxes, M.C. Taxes and all other taxes except GST & toll tax.) • The total Km for all 4 no. vehicles for 24 hrs duties will be considered 12000Km per month against the total lump-sum rates for all 4 no vehicles. • If total running km of all the 4 no. vehicles (combined) in any month are found less than 12000KM per month, then the remaining/short Kms of that month will be carried forwarded & added to next/subsequent month Kms. • If total running Kms. of above 4 no. vehicles (combined) exceed more than 12000 Km per month, then the cost of diesel as applicable on current dates will be reimbursed to contractor for the fixed mileages of vehicles @ 13km/liter of diesel. GST & toll tax extra as applicable will be paid by RGTPP, HPGCL
PART-B Hiring & Operation charges for 1 no. Light Motor Vehicle (Diesel driven, 9-Seater or above capacity, AC model not older than 2017 having commercial permit (along with drivers) on monthly chargeable basis for shift duty upto 7500 running kms per month per vehicle(Including all road Taxes passenger Taxes, Token taxes, M.C. Taxes and all other taxes except GST). • If total running km of vehicle in any month are found less than 7500KM per month then the remaining/short Km of that month will be carried forwarded & added to next/subsequent month running KM • If total running kms of vehicle exceed more than 7500KM per month, then then the cost of diesel as applicable on current dates will be reimbursed to contractor for the fixed mileages of vehicles @ 13km/litre of diesel. • GST & toll tax at Badopatti extra as applicable will be paid by RGTPP HPGCL
