Taking down defective split type Acs/Window type AC Units, shifting to work shop, taking out the defective compressor of capacity 1.5 Ton capacity from unit, replacing the compressor with new compressor, cleaning refrigeration system with Carbon Tetra Chloride (CTC) thoroughly, leak testing with refrigerant gas, testing at workshops, shifting to location, reinstalling in its original position, connecting up all electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of cutting, brazing, sealing the refrigeration tubing, replacement of strainer, cost of CTC, refrigerant gas and CO2 etc., required for the job including transportation. M & L for replacement of rusted body portions of split type AC unit of 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity with same gauge/size materials like MS sheet, iron similar to the existing one by removing existing, foam pad and components and scraping out old paint on complete body, cleaning surface throughly, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer, fixing of new foam pad not less than 3mm thick, refixing of all components, testing and installation in original position, connecting up all electrical connections, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.

M & L for condenser fan blade set for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of any type of Acs, suitable for makes of Carrier/Voltas/Amtrex/BlueStar rotation in the casing testing including taking out the defective condenser fan blade all as specified and as directed. Make: Kirloskar/Crompton/Jyoti/ABB/BCH or equivalent as approved.

Scrapping the existing painted surface of split type A/C and window type AC, cleaning the surface thoroughly and apply two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for any capacity of Acs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Single Pole contactor for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of split type Acs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of thermal insulation for 1.5/2.0 Ton split type Acs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the burnt out fan motor of evaporator unit and rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge copper wire including varnishing and replacement of worn out shaft, bushes, bearings, reassembling, testing and fixing to the split type AC unit of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 8 here-in-before but outdoor unit of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton split type AC, complete all as directed.

M & L for Thermal overload relay for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of any type of Acs including taking down unserviceable thermal over load relay, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for running capacitor of 25/36 MFD suitable for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity split type AC/Window type AC including taking down unserviceable capacitors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Voltas/Universal/Zeco/ Bluestar/Carrier or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F starting capacitor 80/100/120 mfdsuitable for 1.5/2.0 Ton Capacity Split type AC/window type AC including taking down of old unserviceable starting capacitor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Voltas/Universal/Zeco/Bluestar /Carrier or equivalent as approved by GE

M & L for Fine Filter for 1.5/2.0 Ton split type AC including taking down unserviceable fine filter, complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for drain connection and drain trap for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of split type aCs in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the unserviceable wiring kit, suplly and fix new wiring kit suitable for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of split type AC/window type Acs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for evaporator fan blower motor of suitable capacity duly ISI marked, double inlet, double width centrifugal type suitable for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity split type AC including taking down the unservicable damaged blower complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for capillary tybe set suitable for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of split type AC including taking down the unserviceable defective capillary tube set, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for MS stand suitable for mounting outdoor unit split type AC complete including taking down existing rusted mild steel stand, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for servicing carefully any type of AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR from site and removing power connection and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, cleaning, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil of indoor cooling unit and condenser coil of outdoor unit and cleaning refrigeration system with CTC (Carbon Tetra Chloride) throughly, leak testing with refregerant gas and re-assembling the dismantled components and fixing its original position all as specified and as directed.

M & L for shifting of Split AC 1.5/2.0 TR capacity including removing indoor cooling machine, copper piping, drain pipe and thermal sleeve, lifting angle with necessary refixing arrangement on wall surface, copper piping of suitable gauge for suction and delivery with insulation, including re-surfacing to disturbed and testing and commissiniong all as specified. Note: The copper pipe additional required will be measured against relevant items in this schedule.

S & F in repair industrial metal plug and socket enclosure with socket out let with plug top 20 Amp, 240 Volts with MCB SP 20-32 'C' series Amp controlled all as specified and as directed. Make: LEGRAND/L&T/HAVELLS.

M & L for cleaning/flushing out the refrigeration system thoroughly with CTC, leak testing with CO2/N2 locating and rectifying out the leaks by brazing with silver/copper rod, pressure testing, vacuuminising and charging with refrigerant gas and topping up compressor oil, testing and commissioning of split type ACs of 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity. Note: Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately.

Removal of the unservicable temperature sensor probes and supply and fix new temperature sensor probes in the main circuit of split type AC , complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F new strainer filter for AC, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make Voltas/LG/Godrej/Bluestar/Kirloskar/Carrier or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F copper pipe as per existing size including necessary welding/brazing/making threading required length, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable water cooler from site and transporting the same for repair, removing the unserviceable burnt sealed unit (compressor) from the water cooler and S&F factory overhauled compressued duly charged with compressor oil including welding in position and testing on required pressure and transporting the water cooler at site in its original location of capacity 40/80 Ltr. Make:Usha/Arco/Sidhwal. Note:Gas Charging shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Supply and replacement of running capacitor for water cooler 40/80 Ltr capacity.

Supply and replace starting relay for water cooler 40/80 Ltrs.

Replacement of unserviceable water connection pipe with new 15mm dia PVC pipe including MS clamp.

Replacement of unserviceable float valve with new PVC ball suitable for 15mm dia GI pipe. Make: Prayag.

Taking out old unserviceable water tap 15mm dia and supply and fixing new self closing chromium plated push cock 15mm heavy duty, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unsesrviceable fan motor and supply and fixing new fan motor suitable for water cooler 40/80 Ltr. Make: Cool/EME/Crompton.

M & L for cleaning water cooler complete internally and externaly including scraping and removing all scales and dirt etc., applying two coats of synthetic enamel tone paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing of SM/MES No. in 3 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable refrigerator of capacity 250 Ltr to 310 Ltr from site and transporting the same to workshop for repair/removing unserviceable burnt sealed unit (compressor) and supply and fix factory overhauled compressor duly changed with compressor oil including welding in position and testing on required pressure and transporting back to its site and fix in original location complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note Gas charging shall be measured and paid for separately against relevant item.

All as per item No. 49 here-in-before but of 165 Ltr to 190 Ltr capacity. Make: Kelvinator/Alwyn.

Replacement of freezer door (Plastic) complete with tension spring as per original.

Replacement of unserviceable tray with new one as per original.
