Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm inpatches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, includingcutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints andpreparing and plastering the surface of the wallscomplete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumpingground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand andmanufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to preparethe surface even and smooth complete including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system forinteriors and exteriors using Primer as permanufacturers specifications :Painting wood work with Deluxe MultiSurface Paint of required shade. Two ormore coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over anunder coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work, including Cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete. Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately) including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary :Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.
