Operation and maintenance of Power supply HT & LT installations, Standby DG Sets, Internal & External electrical and mechanical installations, Water supply pumps, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler pumps, Sewerage Pumps, Escalators and Elevators etc., by deploying required qualified manpower as specified in the specifications for operation, monitoring, recording performance log books, carrying out preventive maintenance activies & maintaining records, attending breakdown complaints and minor repair works on round the clock basis i/c. Sundays and Holidays etc. complete as required.

Painting of Arrival & Departure conveyor systems as directed by Engineer incharge at International Terminal Building with two coats of polyurethane paint of approved make, colour, quality, shade including scrapping, cleaning the surface etc. complete as required.

Painting of octagonal Street Light poles of 12 Mtr height (Aproximate 3 Sq Mtr area) as directed by Engineer incharge at International Terminal Building with two coats of polyurethane paint and one coat of epoxy primer of approved make, colour, quality, shade including scrapping, cleaning the surface, arranging suitable scaffolding/ladder etc. complete as required.

Painting of Passenger Boarding Bridges of (Surface area 415SqMtr) as directed by Engineer incharge at International Terminal Building with two coats of polyurethane paint of approved make, colour, quality, shade including scrapping, cleaning the surface, arranging suitable scaffolding/ladder etc. complete as required.

Painting of HT Panels and LT panels such as APFC panels, MOCB panels, MBD/SMDB panels, AMF panels, battery charger panels, Distribution Boards, Outdoor Feeder Pillars, Transformers, DG sets, diesel tanks, fuel pipes, DG Set support frames, bus bar duct, pumps, motors & its supporting frame , pump panel, earth pits, etc with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved make colour, quality including scrapping, cleaning etc. as required.

Applying one coat of ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture including scrapping and cleaning of surface etc. complete as required.

Lettering with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and brand with stencil of suitable letter size (Height of letter 4 cm to 6 cm) and spacing as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge at various panels / equipments etc as reqd. (Lettering of a single Alphabet/Number/Symbol is considered as 1 Letter)

Stickering of DB's/panels with vinyl sticker of approved shade inlucidng labelling with alphabets cut out from vinyl sheets.

Filteration of transformer oil at international power house of Trivandrum Airport with not less than two circulation of oil and testing of oil after filtration so as to achieve a break down value of not less than 60 KV for a minute as per IS:1866/IS:6792-1972 with upto date amendments i/c hiring and transporting charges for filtration equipment, test kit submission of test report, etc. as required. Supplying and laying of 63mm Outer dia HDPE pipe of PE-63, PN 2.5 grade conforming to IS 4984 including accessories direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench after laying but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Excavation of existing Bituminous/ Concrete road to facilitate laying of metal pipe including disposal of Material within 50 mtrs lead and providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 Graded stone aggregated of 20 mm nominal size) all works up to plinth level to fill up the excavated trenches after laying of the metal pipe complete etc. as required.
