Note: (1) Hiring & operation of One no. Maruti Ciaz Car VXI (PETROL) (Commercial/Taxi permit) at DCRTPP, HPGCL, Yamunanagar; for Three Years & as per requirement of DCRTPP covering all expenses towards running and maintenance of vehicle, cost of consumables, insurance, other charges including the salary / dues of driver etc. (2) GST(as per prevailing rate), toll tax, parking of state and other state, passenger tax of state other than Haryana & Chandigarh as applicable from time to time, shall be paid extra by HPGCL as per actual against documentary proof i.e. on production of actual deposit receipt to the concerned authority Fuel Charges, toll/ taxes and GST shall be paid as per actual (3) ‘‘The vehicle should not be older than 5 years and has not covered 2.5 Lakh kilometers. In case during currency of the contract, if any vehicle completes its 5 years of its life or covers 2.5 Lakh Kilometers distance, the vendor is required to replace such vehicle. In case the vendor fails to replace such vehicle, the competent authority will impose a penalty of Rs.1, 000/- Per day besides no payment would be given for such days’’.
