Demolition of stone slab of any description or thickness as in floors, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, corner shelf, Flat shelf and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) including rounded the exposed surfaces of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 9 but as in skirting ( 12 to 15 mm thick) but on 10 mm thick rendering/ back coating in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing holes of 25mm dia through cooking platform for insertion of cooking gas pipe in suitable place complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in floorings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down tarfelt incl cement mortar bedding from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m incl roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for waterproofing Coating with polyurethane-based water proofing liquid membrane to be applied by brush with multi coats with minimum dry film thickness of 1mm and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The above treatment will be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm/ company.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound 200 ml per beg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule 'A').

Dismantling water tank exc 250 & n.exc 500 litre capacity and removing to store complete all as specified as directed

S&F of 500 litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) incl connecting up pipes securing access covers etc complete all as specified as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 Litres and n. exc 500 Litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surfaces of wall (internal & external) and applying two coats of cement-based wall care putty including preparation of surface to receive finishes (primer, distemper, paint etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Note: Preparation of new plastered surface and application of wall care putty to be carried out mechanically by authorised applicator and as per the manufacturer's instructions. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall (internal & external) and applying two coats of cement-based wall care putty including preparation of surface to receive finishes (primer, distemper, paint etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge and as per the manufacturer's instructions. M&L for applying two coats of Acrylic smooth exterior anti-fungal paint of shade as approved by GE over a coat of primer over finished putty surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Note: 1. Application of new finishes to be carried out mechanically by authorised applicator and as per the manufacturer's instructions.
