I. Storm water drain works Earth work excavation for storm water drains/kerb wall in all types of soils other than hard rock up to a depth not exceeding 1.00 Mtr (average) from original mean ground level, back filling around foundations with excavated soil in layers not exceeding 150 MM, watering and consolidating including de-watering if required and disposing of surplus earth within a distance of 500 Mts etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate) using 40/20 mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality for storm water drains/kerb wall including form work, consolidation, leveling, finishing and curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying brick masonry walls in storm water drains/kerb wall in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 including racking of joints, curing etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on brick masonry surfaces in storm water drains/kerb wall including curing etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specification and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying 40 mm thick cement concrete flooring in storm water drain in the proportion of 1: 2: 4 ( 1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate 20mm and down size), finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing, hoisting and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete slab over storm water drain in the proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including required centering/shuttering, finishing with neat cement on exposed surfaces and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, laying and fixing in position Fe 500 grade TMT reinforcement steel of M/s SAIL/TATA/VIZAG/JINDAL brand conforming to IS 1786 for all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, supplying and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, supplying and laying spacer blocks etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced cement concrete beam/slab with power driven drill machine to a depth up to 225 mm to grout M12 bolts in position using Lokfix S - anchor grout of Fosroc make excluding cost of M12 bolts etc.., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing, fabricating, transporting, erecting and fixing steel structure in position made of angles, channels, flats, pipes, plates, cleats etc., of M/s SAIL/VSP/TATA/JINDAL brand for vertical supports, roof trusses, EPs including nuts, bolts, washers, cutting and welding at site, painting the structure with two or more coats of chlorinated rubber paint of approved manufacture and shade over a coat of zinc chromate red oxide primer etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Asian brand acrylic smooth exterior emulsion [Apex] in approved shade over a coat of Asian brand exterior primer, cleaning etc.., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
