Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a leadof 75m. as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. i))Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

ii) (b)Depthof excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,000mm. but not requiring shoring.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at sit eand removing rubbish as directed within a lead of75 m. In ground floor including roof. (b) above 150 mm. thick

Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 as per design in Single Row. Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 with spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per Technical Specification Clause 1106 for Rural Roads of MORD. Ordinary Cement concrete (mix1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approve thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns,lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a)25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (b) In superstructure, ground floor

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking outjoints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.)with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar. Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m

Oiling greasing of headstock assembly (for screw hoist system) of regulator gates of canal/ river by cleaning, checking, greasing, screw rod, G.M nut, Thrust bearing, guide channel, etc including all charges okf man & materials which include refilling of gear oil, oiling greasing and fixing of missing nut 7 bolts & oil seals etc to complete the job as per direction of EIC.

Fabrication , Supply, erection and commissioning of new Slide type vertical lift regulator service gates of Canal/River as per IS: 5620 - 2000/Latest Revision consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizantal grider, stiffener etc. made of MS material consisting of angle , channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062 -2011/latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, ligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting).

Supplying fitting and fixing M/S fabricated pedestal stool of suitable size consisting of bottom plate, top plate, four nos. legs etc.fabricated with suitable sizes m.s. plate, m.s. angle conforming to IS 2062 of latest revision as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer in charge. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed dismantling and fitting fixing civil works consumbles like cutting tools, gas, oxygen, welding rod anchor bolt of required size hire charges of machineries like gas cutting set, welding set, tools and tackles etc. including carriage loading and unloading Ž

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of following items for hoisting system and gear box as mentioned below as per direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Machining, ligning, nchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting) i) Bush(GM)

Supplying, dressing and stacking at site bamboo pins above 5 cm. diameter and upto 7.5 cm. diameter. (Dia. to be measured at mid length)

Driving bamboo pins in standing or flowing water including scaffolding and driving appliances. (a) Where boats are not necessary.

Supplying, fitting and fixin gwith iron nails half split bamboo wailing pieces (av. dia. of bamboo not less than 5.0 cm.)

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for fillingempty cement gunnybag / polythenebag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates (stone /brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags, (tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted) ,and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge( cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials).

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny /poly bags (capacity50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Taking out old bamboo pins from piling and stacking the same within 150 metre from the site of work. (a) Where boats are not necessary.

Taking out bamboo wailing pieces after removing iron nails and stacking the same within 150 metre from the site of work. (a) Where boats are not necessary.

Removing earth / sand filled polybags / gunny bags from the channel bed/slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by theEngineer-inCharge for measurement of Bag. & then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 15 metre from the channel site.

Earthwork from borrow pits over existing embankment or for repairs to embankment, closing breaches etc. within an initial lead of 30 metre and lift of 1.50 metre including breaking clods and depositing the same in layers not exceeding 25 cm. and rough dressing etc. complete as per profile.

Extra rate over Item Nos.1.01,1.02&1.03 for all kinds of soil for every additional leadof30metresorpart thereof beyond the initial lead of 30 metres. i) one additional lead

Cost for supplying and fifling fixing of Flat rubber seal (Make : Universal Moulders & Engineer/Popular Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd/ S B Industries/Unique Polymer Works/equivelant approved make conforming to lS : 11855 -2011/Latest Revision) for different types of gate shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of man power employed for fitting fixing, cost of rubber seal, hire charges of tools & tackles, scaffolding and safety equipments etc including carriage loading & unloading but excluding supply of ms clamp/ flat plate, bolts, nuts and washer. a) 65mm x 6 mm.

Painting with ready mixed Black Japan of approved make and brand including smoothening surface. b) Two coats.
