Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a leadof 75m. as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. i))Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

ii) (b)Depthof excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,000mm. but not requiring shoring.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at sit eand removing rubbish as directed within a lead of75 m. In ground floor including roof. (b) above 150 mm. thick

Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 as per design in Single Row. Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 with spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per Technical Specification Clause 1106 for Rural Roads of MORD. (E) 900 mm dia

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approve thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns,lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a)25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (b) In superstructure, ground floor

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking outjoints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.
