Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan and power socket etc) complete (except concealed conduit) including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, earth plug and socket etc and making good matching to the existing colour to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for colour code point wiring FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor single core multistandred 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 drawn through and including PVC casing caping with suitable size PVC box fitted with modular cover plate with frame (inner/ outer plate) for two wires of 1.5sqmm for phase and neutral FRLS 1.5 sqmm earth wire copper insulated wire connected to common earth dolly including making good the existing disturbed surface using wall putty and matching colour emulsion paint all as directed at the site. Material and labour for mass filling in foundation/coping/wall with PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate type C1 as site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

The size of the box shall be minimum of size 205mmx255mm112 mm.The box should have two cable entry.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for scrapping out faded / rusted old paint from street light pole of height upto 11m using wire brush, emery paper and prepairing surface for painting applying one coat of aluminium paint on poles including cross arms, bolts and nuts, anti climbing device etc and writting existing pole number with black paint over a yellow base and painting of coping/base using white cement paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair under water light 18 watt, hard chrome plated stainless steel with silicon sealed glass, offers colourful illumination for waterbodies in architectural and landscape areas and Including taking down existing u/s water light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Notes:- 1. Fittings are fitted at 3 to 16 mtr height in both indoor and outdoor. The contractor shall be arrange ladder of requied at his own source for carrying out work. Necessary safety equipment shall also provided by the contractor under his own arrangement. The rates quoted are deemed to be included for the above provision. Materials/spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of BOQ. 2. The contractor should visit at site before quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. All requisite safety measures adopted by contractor on site. 3. The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient electricain (as aproved by GE / Engineer-in-Charge) shall report at 9:00 Hrs to JE E/M or Engineer-in-Charge to collect the complaints card in working days and complete the same complaints within 24Hrs. 4. The complaints shall be rectified within 48 hrs if the complaints is/are not attended or not completed within 48 hrs (except repairs / replacement of major items) recovery will be done Rs. 1000/- per complaint per day. 5. For Major parts like replacement of MCB DB's / MCCB DB's should be rectified within three working days, if the contractor does not rectify the complaint, recovery will be done at Rs. 1000/- per complaint per day. 6. Contractor has to maintain complaint slip/ register and record day to day complaints and after rectification has to get signature of user/JE E/m on daily basis. 7. Contractor has to provide necessary safety equipments and will be fully responsible for any incidents occuring on site. 8. If contractor failed to provide electrician to attend complaint or absent to attend complaints then recovery will be done at Rs. 2000 per day.
