BIENNIAL SERVICE CONTRACT FOR CLEANING AND DISPOSAL OF MILL REJECTS FROM MILL AREA MP-1 AND MP-II, UNIT IV AND UNIT V AT BKTPP

Cleaning of mill rejects by engaging Semi-skilled and Un-skilled workers from coal mill area [MP-I &II], Unit #IV and #V at BKTPP. (Payment will be made based on actual attendance of workers & prevailing worker wages with applicable benefit as per norms of BKTPS.)

Service charges/ overhead charges for deployment of both Semi-skilled and unskilled workers. (Payment will be made based on actual attendance of workers)

Engagement of Tractor for disposal of mill rejects and accumulated coal dust from mill bay road fromUnit#1 to Unit #5 mill areas and from mill rejection hopper atUnit#4 and Unit #5 at specified location inside plant boundary. Cost of tractor-Trailer trip includes loading of mill rejects into tractor, transportation, unloading at disposal area with fuel, labour and all other incidental charges complete. [Measurement will be made at weight bridge inside plant forempty and loaded tractor tipper of every trip].

Engagement of Tractor trailor fordisposal of mill rejects from coal mill area, coal dust from PAFan, FD Fan, similar areas, scrap, garbages, jungle, rubbish, ash,silt-slurry, etc as per direction of EIC and disposal at specified locations inside plant boundary. This work includes loading intotractor- trailor, transportion, unloading at disposal areas with fuel, labour and all incidental charges complete. The gross volume ofash/ sludge or coal dust for disposal shall not be less than 2.80 Cum in each trips. *N.B- This item will be executed during unavoidable circumstances (i.e - non availablity of weigh bridge, heavy cyclon disposal of tree logs, excess coal dust cleaning of feeder etc) and any specified work only as per instruction of EIC.
