Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.50mm (zero point fifty millimetre) thick troughed prepainted steel sheet roofing, with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating, including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm (five hundred ninety five into five hundred ninety five millimetre) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm (twenty four into thirty eight millimetre) made from 0.30 mm (zero point three zero millimetre) thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm (one thousand two hundred millimetre) center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm (twenty four into twenty five millimetre) made of 0.30 mm (zero point three zero millimetre) thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm (one thousand two hundred millimetre) long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm (six hundred millimetre) center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm (one thousand two hundred into six hundred millimetre) and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm (six hundred millimetre) and size 24x25 mm (twenty four into twenty five

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm (sixty centimetre) overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (eight millimetre) dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80 mm (zero point eighty millimetre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² (two hundred seventy five gram per square metre) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
