Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder should be a Company / firm Registered under the relevant Acts in India.

Should have experience of minimum five events in providing Event Curation and Management Services during the last 5 (Five) Financial years preceding Proposal Due Date (i.e. 2019-20 to 2023-24).

Should have organized at least three Physical Events during the last Five Financial Years preceding Proposal Due Date. (i.e. 2019-20 to 2023-24). For the Purpose of this TD, Event means Either an exhibition (minimum 50 exhibitors), or a conference (Minimum 6 sessions/ workshops with 30 Speakers) and with Registered Delegates in the conference (Minimum 300 Nos.) related to thematic promotion with National level participation. The duration of the event should be a minimum of two days with a gross expenditure of minimum Rs.1.00 Crore (Physical event).

Should have Average Minimum Annual Turnover of Rs. 6.00 crores (Rupees Six Crores Only) from events only (ECMA Turnover) during any of the three years in the last five completed financial years (i.e. 2019-20 to 2023-24).

Any other criteria prescribed in the RFP document.

Events with Speakers more than equal to 20: 1 score/ event, Events with Speakers more than equal to 40: 2 scores/ event, Events with Speakers more than equal to 50: 3 scores/ event

Non-Government Sponsorship raised for events: Events with Sponsorship more than or equal to 50 Lakhs : 1 score / event, Events with Sponsorship more than or equal to 100 Lakhs : 2 scores /event, Events with Sponsorship more than or equal to 200 Lakhs : 4 scores / event
