M&L for applying evenly a coat of oil based bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384 on roof, canopy, chajja, parapet (vertical surface etc) @ 0.40 Litre / Per Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 250C, 0.87 to 0.89 litre and viscosity 70-160 cps after proper cleaning the roof surfaces (horizontal/vertical) and providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms / sqm) laid on primed surface with side over lap of 100 mm and end overlap of 150 mm, using bitumen torch or by LP gas torching and sealing all joints etc and ensuring complete thermo fusing and applying one coat of aluminum paint @100ml/Sqm over it all as per manufacturer's instructions including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surface of roof as levelling course mixed with WPC @200ml/50Kg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingle etc of any size including tilting fillets exceeding 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of second class hard wood in fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean swan, fixed with nails or brads, sectional area exceeding 13 sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of false ceiling with exposed metal (PPGI) framework/ “Tee” Grid providing and fixing of suspended Tee grid false ceiling using “T” Grid System – powder coated GI (PPGI) exposed grid false ceiling suspension system in grid size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 32 x 24mm x 0.3mm thick, cross tee 26mm x 24mm x 0.3mm thick and wall angle 24mm x 24mm x 0.40mm thick using 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement board of size 595 x 595mm, an asbestos Free fibre cement board manufacture using high Pressure System Curing technology. T grid Framing is suspended using 4mm GI/MS bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip, also providing provisions for light fixtures, air conditioning diffusers and ducts, sprinklers, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1220mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at not more that 300mm from the adjacent wall. 1220mm/600mm Cross Tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 600mm c/c, so as to from 600mm x 600mm or 1200mm x 600mm grid, confirming IS 14862 & type B category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS 1530 part – 3 & B. S- 476 part 4,5,6,7 & 8 should be placed in Grid module to form complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC profile for wall panelling colour as approved size 250mm wide, 8mm over all thickness fixed with screw to mild steel square (size 20mmX20mmX1mm thick) tubular frame work including one coat of red oxide primer fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC profile corner beading L/T type for wall panelling, colour matching with wall panelling complete all as specified and directed.

Removing plant including roots by dismantling of brick work/PCC/RCC including necessary scaffolding any type in any location/position i.e. roof, parapet wall near pipes etc and applying concentrated hydrochloric or sulphuric acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowth and making good of disturbed portion using PCC (1:2:4) type B0 & 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) size of disturbed portion 150mm X150mmX200mm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified and directed as under:- (i) Demolished the existing damaged concrete from sunken portion carefully upto RCC slab including taking out of water closet and traps etc (depth approx 400mm, and area not less than 3.00 Sqm) (ii) Cleaning the existing RCC sunken slab and vertical wall/RCC beams as per direction. (iii) 15mm thick plaster over the flat & vertical surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC @200ml per 50 Kg of cement as per manufacturer's instructions (iv) Applying two coats of elastomeric acrylic water proof coating using rooler, each coat of elastomeric acrylic compound required 6-8 hrs to dry, 2nd coat shall be applied on fetting the first coat complete dry consumption of materials shall be as per manufacturer's instructions. (v) Filling the sunken portion with PCC (1:5:10) type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate). (vi) After complete treatment of RCC sunken portion same shall be tested with 24 hrs ponding test, to observe the leakage and seepage from RCC portion.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase to the floor complete all as specified and directed.
