Soil testing of proposed O.H.T. site by reputed institute like IIT, Roorkee or equivalent & accordingly design and Construction of 75 KL capacity , 20 m staging, M-30 grade R.C.C. Over Head Tank with 1.00m wide R.C.C. staircase from G.L. to balcony and from balcony to Top Dome 1m x 1m R.C.C. landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 20 mm dia. G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5 mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder, from top to the floor inside of the tank. M.S. M.H. cover with loacking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, supply and fixing of outlet, inlet, overflow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves and their Chambers, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body, vertical pipe, ladder M.S M.H. cover , ventilator column etc. Complete with approved water proofing (apex) / enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of verticle pipes and specials including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc as required for proper completion of work and submission of detailed design/ drawings before starting of the work.( before execution of work , will be got vetted by IIT or Equivalent Institution or changes, if any, as per IIT or Equivalent Institution recommendations will be executed by the contractor at quoted rate in tender )

Excavation in Ordinary Soil (loams, clay, sand) for foundation including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m filling, watering and ramming of Excavated the earth into the trenches or into the sides between foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal.

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve/Non Return valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Thrust Block (As per design) including Excavation in Ordinary Soil (loams, clay, sand) for foundation and RCC work 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars Steel reinforcement (As per type design) and all necessary Centering and shuttering etc. including supply of all material, labour , T&P etc as required for proper completion of work.

Construction of PUMP HOUSE ( 3.5M X 3.0M ) CUM OPERATOR ROOM (4.3M X 3.0M) (With RCC framed Structure as per Unit Estimate)

Provide all Materials , Labour ,T&P etc and Construct Boundary Wall all Round the Water Works Land for Preventing the Approach of Unauthorised Souls.

Provide all Materils , Labour , T& P etc and Constructing Boundary Gate (3.60 m wide) with Pillars for Controlling Approach to the Area.

Supply of all Materilas , Labours ,T & P and Construct Approach Path Upto the Lands.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand including watering, ramming, consolidating and drassing complete in proposed water works.
