Boaring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road(minimum 1.0 Mtr bellow the road surface) with the help of GI tubing of dia not exceeding 100 mm dia for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 115mm x .75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned down volume of sand to be measured)

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, foundation and erection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR conductor from existing poles of any type and including MS Clamps,cross arms,nuts,bolts and washers at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissinoning Busbar Panel of size 750 x 600 x 300 mm, made up with MS Iron Angle frame 40 x 40 x 5mm, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz, outdoor cubical type, sloping canopy top roof, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation with IP-54 made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly epoxy powder coated and CPRI approved Panel shall have front and rear opening,locking arrangement, cable alleys, bus bar chamber, hinged double door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminium bus bar duly covered with heat shrink sleeves colour coated, duly fixed and control wiring with copper conductor cables of adequate size and length, MCCB of 100 Amps,and aluminium busbar 160 Amps with epoxy insulator including all civil work/PCC foundation (PCC 1:2:4 type B1) as per site requirement and including taking down old unserviceable panel from existing location after disconnecting of existing cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Analog timer switch panel, outdoor type, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, compartments with locking arrangements, air ventilation with IP 54 made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and analog timer switch of 3P module, 230V, 24 hours program, programmable every 15min, back up of 100 hours, current capacity 65A, with 1 changeover and any manufacturer shall be followed CPRI norms and as approved by GE. Panel shall have front opening, locking arrangement, cable alleys, hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, and control wiring with copper conductor cables of adequate size and length, civil work/PCC foundation as per site requirement and including taking down old unserviceable Analog time switch panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 Sqmm; 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade ,cross-sectional area 50 Sqmm; 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade ,cross-sectional area 35 Sqmm; 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade ,cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm; 4.0 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade ,cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm; 4.0 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade ,cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm; 4.0 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note for Item No. 10.00 to 15.00 :- Earth work/excavation, returning filling, removing of earth, sand cushioning, brick by if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

M&L for GI pipe 100mm dia (light grade) complete with all fittings in trenches, road/culvert crossing, on wall, floors, on roof, on pole for cable protection including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe 50mm dia (light grade) complete with all fittings in trenches, road/culvert crossing, on wall, floors, on roof, on pole for cable protection including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe 40mm dia (light grade) complete with all fittings in trenches, road/culvert crossing, on wall, floors, on roof, on pole for cable protection including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe 25mm dia (light grade) complete with all fittings in trenches, road/culvert crossing, on wall, floors, on roof, on pole for cable protection including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with glavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers with galvanised iron strips of size 32 x 6 as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe , 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50mm thick made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm upto 7.5m long including testing is deemed to be included with quoted rate).
