Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. a) All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling 40mm thick marble chips flooring / tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Works shall include Surface Preparation, filling grooves with PU Compatible sealant, Primer screed followed by sealer coat and high abrasion resistant and impact resistent) Polyurethane Primer - 200 Micron Polyurethane Screed - 2800 Micron Polyurethane SL - 1000 Micron. Work shall be done by OEM approved by the College Authorities. The OEM shall first install one 3m x 3m sample of the product at the location specified by the college authorities for approval from the college authorities before proceeding with the work in the library.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

12/15 mm cement plaster of mix (Junctions of all RCC and brick shall be provided with chicken wire mesh of 150 mm width on either side of the junction before plastering) 1:3:3 (1 cement: 3 course sand: 3 fine sand)

Wiring for ceiling fan point with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade stranded flexible "FRLS" wires in concealed or surface mounted 25 mm dia 16 gauge MS conduits, including providing fan hook box, 6 amps switch and 300 watts electronic step type fan regulator of approved make in GI box and earthing the fan and outlet box with 1.5 sq. mm. Wiring for 250 volts single phase and neutral 16 amps modular switch socket outlet with universal pins with 3 x 4 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade stranded flexible "FRLS" wire in concealed or surface mounted 25 mm dia 16 gauge MS conduit / existing raceway including providing and fixing of 16 amps 3 pin modular switched sockets of approved make and design in 1.6 mm thick GI box with grid plates and earthing the third pin of each socket outlet with 4 Sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor stranded flexible "FRLS" wire. Wiring for 250 volts single phase and neutral 6 amps modular switch socket outlet with universal pins with 3x2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade stranded flexible "FRLS" wire in concealed or surface mounted 25 mm dia 16 gauge MS conduit / existing raceway including providing and fixing of 6/16 amps 3 pin modular switched sockets of approved make and design in 1.6 mm thick GI box with grid plates and earthing the third pin of each socket outlet with 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor stranded flexible "FRLS" wire.
