Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete work in CM 1:4, using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 5mm thick rendering on fair faces of ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing of new surfaces of any description and applying two coats of acrylic distemper, white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer on plastered wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, of any shade and any pattern (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles.(The Colour,shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: No extra cost shall be allowed for removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

All as per above item No.142 but as in vertical surfaces like skiting/dado etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepolished coloured chequered Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm with grey cement and no pigment, hydraulically machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match colour of tiles, over and including 20mm thick screed in CM 1:4 in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over river sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand cushioning will be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No.152 aboves but except tiles for removal and refixing interlocking paver block and levelling sunk portions laid over sand cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note: Sand cushioning will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete solid block masonry using soild PCC block grade C4, exceeding 10 cm in width and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including secruing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc of existing galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straning and fixing to fencing post with staple or steel pins etc complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and Fix in repairs concertina coil of 610 mm outer dia made out of 2.60mm dia spring steel wire 230gm (2min) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make incl white colour, each coil having min 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.57 kg (plus or minus 5%) including handle and spike at both ends of coil errected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with MS rod for securing incl necessary welding to MS sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer of 6mm thick MS sheeting etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS - 1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, rivting etc not exc 10 Kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290 Gde -E-165 complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Brackets over 10 Kg each to be measured under "structural steel")

Supply and fix framed work such as grills , grating ,etc with ends of bars shouldered and or revated for forged in to spike ,framed uard bars barred iron doors, ladders, balusters,walk ways raling framed work for water tanks similar work including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc confirming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-colour coated high tensile strength corrugated galvalume sheet roofing with yield strength (550 MPA) prepainted with aluminium (55%) and zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through continous hot dip process having tatal coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm with minimum coating mass on both sides @ 150gms/sqm in length and width as per site condition fixed with complete acessories as per manufacturer's instructions through specialist agency complete all as specified and as directed.
