Attending day to day complaints for desludging and cleaning blockage from existing sewage line (SGSW / CI pipe 100mm/150mm bore) any depth (Work in foul position) by rodding manually,Cleaning blockage of Indian water closet (IWC) or EWC including 'P' or 'S' traps or Cleaning blockage of Floor/Nahani/Gully trap, Manholes any size for WHB, Urinals, bathroom,cook house etc internally including disposal of waste of blockage properly complete all as specified & as directed Engr-in-Charge. (Contractor shall employ at least 01 X Safaiwala / Sweeper). No separate payment/wages will be issued in this regard.

Attending day to day complaints for plumbing work for leaking of taps ,changing of tap or washers, over flow of water tanks,air chock in Gi pipe line, changing nipples , elbow ,tee, sockets (15mm or 20mm ) or any other complaint related to plumber etc complete all as specified & as directed Engr-in-Charge. (Contractor shall employ at least 01 X plumber). No separate payment/wages will be issued in this regard.

Attending day to day complaints for carpenter & joinery related work for repairs of doors, windows & ventilators any type, changing & repair of iron/aluminium mongry (i.e. door closer, door stoper, handle, hinges, tower bolts, locking arrengement etc), repair or wooden cupboard, repair of curtains rod any type & sizes, repairs of wire mesh for doors & windows or any other complaint related to carpentor & joinery etc complete all as specified & as directed Engr-in-Charge. (Contractor shall employ at least 01 X Carpentor). No separate payment/wages will be issued in this regard.

Cleaning & clearing of underground sewage line upto 100mm bore pipe (including manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description and upto 1.5mtr depth by means of JETTING SUCTION MACHINE:- Mounted on a TATA 1109 chasis having central storage tank having two compartment of 4000 liters for suction of sewer sludge and 2000 litres for fresh water required for jetting process all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and clearing of underground sewage line upto 300mm bore pipe (including manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description and upto 1.5mtr depth by means of JETTING SUCTION MACHINE:- Mounted on Veh having central storage tank having two compartment of 4000 liters for suction of sewer sludge and 2000 litres for fresh water required for jetting process all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of PVC water storage tanks capacity upto 500 litre, mechnised dewatering of water including sludge from the tanks, cleaning internal & external tank surfaces with high pessure water spray, vaccum cleaning, anti bactrial spray, UV radiation, spray of bleaching powder including writing date of cleaning (with thick paint in capital bold letter ) on each tank etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Rate deemed to be inclusive for (i) Opening and closing of tank cover properly before and after execution of cleaning work. (ii) Removal & Refixing of float valve of any size & description before and after execution of work. (iii) Removal of sludge where directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 6.00 above but capacity exc. 500 litres but not exc. 1000 litre.

Cleaning and disludging solids / sludge or liquid mud etc from septic tank for 10 User's, by pumping out liquid and solid with desludging mechanical system compressing vaccum truck/ machines as required at site and removing sludge obtained from cleaning of septic tanks to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM and not exceeding 5.00 Km in pits dugged by the contractor to put sludge into and then convey with the earth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour soakage well, in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, wells of honey combed and solid in M-25 concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber brick work in cement mortar, RCC cover slab in M-25/RR masonry/filling with brick bats, complete of size 1.2m dia and 3m deep complete all as shown in drawing No. GE/RD-8 sheet 1/2 dated 17 Oct 1998 and as specified. (Note : Inlet pipe with bend as embedded in wall is including in the unit rate quoted by the contractor).

Taking out silt, gravel bounders, vegetation grass from complete chocked and blocked and fully filled up Nallah/ Culvert with revoming the silt rubbish to distance exc 150m but n.exc. 300m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling of cast iron pipe jointed in CM and taking out from trenches/floor/wall all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for CI pipe 75mm dia with lead joint laid in trenches 15 marked all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 11.00 above but 100mm dia pipe.

Supply and fixing for 100 bore branch pieces single equal or unequal ordinary or inverted spight or socketed type or with paralled branches fixed in repair.

All as per serial item No 12.00 above but 75mm bore.

Supply and fixing bend (any radius) with duck foot or heal rest 100mm bore.

Supply and fixing cast iron floor trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe 75mm dia (out let dia ) fixed in repair.

Supply and fixing PVC tank cover for PVC water tank capacity of 500 ltrs with hinges , locking arrangements etc complete fixing in repair complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 15.00 above but capacity of tank 1000/2000 litres.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide or not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out (for sewage line and manhole etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8, type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching for manholes and haunching around manhole frame for setting including use of necessary form work if any & finishing exposed surfaces smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading in layers not exc.25 cm thick, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed. (Excavated soil in trenches after pipe have been tested).

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc.50 mtr and depositing where directed at a lavel not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in concrete bed to SGSW pipes 150mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of SGSW pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified & as directed. (SGSW pipe shall be measured & paid separately). Note :- Width of thickness of PCC bed under SGSW pipe shall be all as specified in MES Schedule Part-II.

Material and labour for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes (Grade 'A') laid in trenches and jointed of 150 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc and binding with mild steel wire connected not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs for manholes ,drain slabs & set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering cutting out existing benching or and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 smooth finished & reforming benching as required for 150mm internal dia pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Extra cover cast iron pipe and fitting if lead joint is provided in line of cement joint for 100mm dia CI pipe.

All as per serial item No 26.00 above but 75mm dia CI pipe.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floor and paving nexc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc all as specfiied and directed.

Dismentling floor/hearth or wall tile including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in floor

Material and labour Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 450X300X6-7mm thick on vertical surfaces set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match over 15mm thick rendering CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour vitreous china squalting pan of pattern long pan size 580X440mm white with 'P' or 'S' trap front or back intert including integral foot rest fixed in repair. (Make- Hindware, Cera, Parryware) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) Wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern), complete including Plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china WHB white, flat back, size 550 x 400mm including brackets, 32mm Brass CP waste fitting, PVC waste pipe & 450mm connection all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in Cement Mortar.

Material and labour for BB work in sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.
