Detecting of SF6 gas leakage from Poles of the 132 KV SF6 C.B. (Siemens make & ABB Make) installed at Following Sub stations and Rectification of gas leakage from C.B. poles. The job includes opening of jumpers, dismantling of Pole assembly from upper and lower terminal flags, cleaning of all grooves of flags and porcelain with petrol, scrubber ped and acrylic solution replacement of all ‘O’ rings of poles and gas pipe fitting by applying anabond adhesive. Reassembly of poles then evacuation of pole upto 760mm Hg. After testing of vaccum for 12 Hrs. and Satisfactory result, refilling of SF6 gas up to 07.00 / 08.00 Bar. Erection of the poles after attending the gas leakage, checking of operation of Circuit Breakers from local and remote, Finally Rejumpering of Poles. All materials, T&P required for execution of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (SF6 gas will be provided by department).
