Providing and fitting of 400 Ampere MCCB of Siemens, only L&T make as an isolator switch for pumping units installed at site with following specifications: Rating: 400 A, 415V, 50 Hz, 04 pole, thermal magnetic release type, short circuit breaking capacity of 50 KA. Providing and fiiting of 240 mm2 (15 m) three core Aluminium conductor PVC insulated unarmoured as per IS 1554 Part-1 of Polycab/KEI/ havelles or equivalent make from OCB to stabilizer, stabilizer to bus bar with each and every terminal of wire duly thimbled, crimpled and properly insulated using insulation tap using suitable size and rating of Cu thimbles. The job includes providing and fitting of analogue type Voltmeter 0-500 V (01 no.). Ampere meter 0-400A with CT coil (01 no.), including wiring of suitable amperage as per site requirement of reputed make on LT panel board. The job also includes thimbling, crimping and insulating the terminals of existing 37/0.083 (06 no) and 19/0.64 (06 no.) Cu service cable using appropriate sized Cu thimbles.

Fabrication of frame for pole mounting of 250 KVA substation out of ISMC 100 (length 8 feet × 02 no) which shall be fastened to poles with help of nuts and bolts of appropriate size. The job involves disconnecting substation from HT/LT side and then dragging and resting of same on newly fabricated ISMC 100 structure. The job includes providing and fitting of ISA 40×40×5 (8 feet ×02 no.) to poles with help of nuts and bolts of suitable size on both sides of transformer to prevent its dislocation on frame. The job also includes opening lid of transformer by disassembling of HT bush rods, nuts and bolts and filling of transformer oil of approved grade for topping (20 litres) and refitting the lid, providing and fitting of sealing gasket, refitting of HT/LT connections for testing of transformer.

Repairs/periodic maintenance of 350 mm dia (01 no), 250 mm dia (01 no) foot valve on suction line for pumping units of 10 cusec and 05 cusec capacity respectively by way of extraction of foot valves from their installed position inside the intake channel by means of cutting damaged/rusted/wornout bolts using gas cutter and then lifting of foot valves on head load using manual labour and shifting the extracted foot valves to loading site, loading in private load carrier to workshop. The job includes reconditioning of hinges, hinge bolts, weight plate, valve seat, valve body by way of welding, patching, grinding etc. The job involves repairs to the foot valve by way of cutting the old damaged/rusted MS bars of strainer and providing and fitting of new MS square bars by way welding works as per requirement. The job also includes providing and fitting of rubber insertion cloth for weight plates to make it leak proof, replacing the rusted/damaged parts, nuts, bolts, hinges etc. as per requirement. Back carriage of foot valves after repairs and re-fitting by way of providing and fitting of new nuts and bolts of appropriate size at site to suction line and testing on full load. Providing and fitting of 09feet×08feet GI square wire mesh in the intake channel of sump as trash guard of suitable mesh size to keep away floating litter, debris as reinforcement for old and worn-out one fitted at site. The above jobs includes all charges on account cost of material, transportation, head load, skilled/semiskilled labour and tools and tackles for execution of job.

Repairs to the damaged 05 HP priming pump by way of dismantling of pump at site, loading in private vehicle carrying to workshop for repairs. Providing, fitting of pump shaft as per sample out of SS material. Removal of old damaged bearing and providing, fitting of new bearing with adequate greasing as per sample. The job also includes making of internal threads to pump casing on suction side and then providing and fitting of stud as per samples (01 no.). The job includes carriage charges to and fro from site to workshop and testing at site on full load.
