Comprehensive maintenance of 200 LPH online Water Purifiers of all types having UV purifier, auto shut off facility, inbuilt voltage stabilizer, connected to the water coolers at different locations including regular servicing of the same complete as required for one unit for one month.

Installation,testing and commissioning of maximum upto 4.5 TR (13607.77 Kcal/hr) non inverter / inverter technology based Split/window/High wall mount /Floor mounted/Tower/Cassette etc ) all type Airconditioners , single phase/three phase electrical connection with wire complete as reqd including drilling the hole on the wall,plastering etc complete as required as per AAI approved make.

Providing & fixing wall mounted stand for outdoor units for item no 10 Air conditioner with wall cutting,hole cutting,plastering etc complete as reqd as per site condition.

Supplying & laying of extra refrigeration copper piping i/c insulating foam for item no 10 for connection between indoor & outdoor units including brazing & insulation etc complete as required as per site condition.

Supplying & laying of extra 3 core 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable for item no 10 required for connection between indoor & outdoor units etc. as required as per site condition.

Providing and fixing of extra drain pipe for item no 10 for condensate water from indoor unit to nearest drain point as required as per site condition.

Dismantling of Existing , Single/three phase (High wall/Floor mounted/Cassette/Split/window etc ) all type Air Conditioner of maximum capacity upto 4.5 TR from different locations in Airports including dismantling the indoor, outdoor unit, other accessories, piping etc. safely and shifting to AAI Store as required as per site condition.

Commprehensive maintenance of different make air curtain of 1.5 to 2.0 meter length having cross flow type impeller, including regular cleaning of machines,blower,motor etc lubrication of bearing to ensure serviceability round the clock on all days including Sundays & Holidays alongwith providing & replacemet of all spares and all types of accessories complete as required for one unit for one month.
