A-Item Rates and Description

Check Survey along with plotting of line route on Approved village (tika) map with Coordinates including detailed survey, preparation of profiles and revision in original route alignment, if any.

Carrying out preparation & submission of detail route survey report for underground cable by utilizing modern techniques.

Erection of 66KV Double C type H frame structure for angular location up to 60 degree deviation/ dead end with channels, bracings, clamps etc.for double C type location including excavation, in normal/black cotton soil (Dry/Wet/submerged) and back filling of earth, ramming and 3 with supply of bolts, nuts, grounding with pipe type earthing as per drawing ......two coats of aluminium paint of Asian, Burger, Nerolac make shall be applied to the complete structure. (Work includes name of line , location number, colour code and telephone number on D.P.(2 legs) for information of concerned S/S incl. supply of paints etc. providing and fixing of ACD on all the girders as per drawings)

Stringing of ACSR/ AAA 3 (Three) "PANTHER " conductor for single circuit including 4 laying, jointing,tensioning, clamping with armor rod, hoisting of insulator string, jumpering, fixing of dampers etc.complete as per specification including required tree cutting with adequate clearance and safecharging of line as per transmission line authority specification.

Grounding of above 'H' frame/single pole structure with pipe type earthing as per 5 drawing including excavation by augering & black filing & supply of all materials like 32mm dia. medium duty 2 mtr. LongGI pipe (B Class Blue mark) & G.I. flat of 50 x 6 mm size including supply of bolt, nuts sell, coal charcoal etc as per transmission line authority drawing.

Erection of stay set complete with slay clamp, turn buckle, eye bolt, anchor rod and binding with 7/8 or 7/10 SWG earth wire as per transmission line authority specification.

Tack welding of nuts at three places on the nuts diametrically filled to 'A', 'B' and 'C TYPE structure and applying red oxide & zinc rich paint on it immediately after tack welding. (per bolt)

Transportation of Girder/Rail from location as specified to one end of the line including loading and unloading for 20 girder/rail for 9 MT.

Providing concreting with M-20 mix for Twin C DP with supply of material like cement etc. work done as per approved drawing & as per EIC.

Dismantling of all three conductors and line materials such as insulators, hardware etc and crediting to the nominated place as per instruction of Engineer in- charge with submission of pole wise inventory for preparing C.R. note Per

Providing & fixing of NP with name of line / DP including supply of bolts & nuts and lack welding / punching as per drawings Per

Providing & fixing of Anti Climbing Device on both the girders as per drawing. Per

Painting of Name of Line Location Number, Colour Code, and telephone number on D.P (2 legs) for information of concerned substation including supply of paints, etc.

Under ground laying/installation of 66 KV [E], 630 Sqmm XLPE Power cable for Single circuit (3+1) with 4 Nos. single core cables, along with one spare cable inclusive of requisite 14 materials supervision, testing & installation pre-commissioning tests etc. and associated civil works which are necessary inlaying / installation of the power cable. Laying / installation of single core power cable on 66 KV supporting structure along with fixing SVL with link box & w/o SVL link box & all required accessories, clamping etc. (Route/Meter route length laying of the [3+1] Nos, be quoted) includes Excavation of all type of soils Back filling & civil work etc complete.

Providing & Installation of Out door end termination joint for power cable, complete in all respectincluding connection to link box and erection of link box etc. for 630 sqmm cable as per transmission line authority specification.

ITC of Metal Oxide LA on Cross arm of 66KV Tower/DP structure including all materials fixing trays and Clamp Connector earthing pipe & earthing Patty etc. Supporting arrangement etc.
