SCHEDULE FOR THE INTERIOR WORKS

OD Supplying and fixing PVC ceiling good quality sheets 9 mm thick, including aluminium frames (T or L angles 60 cm intervels) anchering to the walls and concrete roof including all cost etc, complete.

OD Painting: with synthetic enamel paint for doors and windows including all cost etc complete.

OD Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm, as per manufacturers specifications. Two or more coats of PU emulsion paint applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm , including cleaning the old painted surface & all cost etc. complete.

OD Supplying and fixing manual controlled Zebra blinds including all cost etc, complete.
