Taking out unserviceable head board/ foot board from bed hard MAP and supply and fix for new head board/ foot board made out of 18 mm prelaminated MDF board exterior grade complete all as per shown on drawing and as directed.
Taking out unserviceable stiffeners from bed hard MAP & charpoy square tubular and supply and fix for new stiffeners made of 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.
Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces charpoy tubular/ bed hard MAP and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking out old unserviceable rubber shoes from bed hard and supply and fix for new rubber shoes approved quality conplete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Above drawing applcable for serial item No.223 to 227 here-in-before).
Charpoy GI with ply top (Refer Drawing No FD-220): Taking out existing unserviceable 3 way elbow from charpoy GI ply top and supply and fix for new 32mm bore galvanized mild steel tubular and other wrought steel elbow side outlet equal (3 way elbow), ISI marked (IS 1239 Part 2) suitable for fixing to GI short rail, long rail and legs of GI charpoy complete all as specified and directed.
Taking out unserviceable FI stiffener from charpoy GI ply top and supply and fix ffor new stiffener made out of flat iron 25 x 5 mm thick (approx 1 metre long) and fixed to long rail with mild steel chromium plated nut & bolt not less than 8mm dia. including drilling holes in stiffener and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking out existing unserviceable check nut and supply and fixing for new 6mm thick GI check nut, 32mm size and fixing the same in position complete all as specified and as directed
Taking out existing unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI and supply and fix for new long rail made out of 32 mm bore galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Tata/Jindal/Praksh/Surya as approved.
Taking out existing unserviceable short rail from the charpoy and converting of the long rail into short rail by cutting/ finishing to size required including threading and replacing the same against unserviceable short rail, complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking out existing unserviceable legs from the charpoy and converting of the short rail into legs by cutting/ finishing to size required including threading and replacing the same against unserviceable legs complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking out existing unserviceable plywood top from charpoy GI ply top and supply and fix for new 12 mm thick, 7 No of ply, plylywood, grade BWR,Type BB, ISI marked (IS:303) complete all as specified and as per shown on drawing. (Note:- Above drawing applcable for serial item No.228 and 234 here-in-before).
Charpoy Folding IP with Hard Top (Refer Drawing No: FD-388(R)) Taking out existing unserviceable plywood top from charpoy Folding IP with hard top and supply and fix for new 12 mm thick, 7 No of ply, plylywood, grade BWR,Type BB, ISI marked (IS:303) complete all as specified and as per shown on drawing.
Taking out old unserviceable rubber shoes from charpoy Folding IP with hard top and supply and fix for new rubber shoes of approved quality conplete all as specified and as directed.
