M&L coloured Non skid ceramic joint free floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectanguler) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exeeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and granite laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N / Sqmm (M-35 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating, and top surface with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (with out taking off shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (stiles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent coment for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, including alumminium anodised butt hinges 100mm long, handle 150mm long, tower bolt 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing the same to a distance of 1.5 KM including loading and dumping / levelling at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on sunken portion of toilet on vertical / horizontal surface and mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately

M &L for plain cement concrete type E-2 (1:5:10), using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, for filling sunken portion of toilet and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair white vitreous china squatting pan ‘ORISSA’ pattern of size 580 mm x 440 mm white with integral foot rests with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap of Cast iron 100 mm, front or back inlet including all connection and provision of lime concrete base complete all as specified and as directed.
