Excavation over area n. exc 1.50 depth for foundation, etc getting out in any type of soil and removal of earth to a distance n exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces (in cutting) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete to required level, gradient, slopes, camber and super elevation including filling depressions with and including approved earth which may occur during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing soling (for sub base) 150mm spread thickness with broken boulders quarried stone interstices filled surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150mm thick WBM in two layers each layers 75mm thick with coarse aggregate granite trap or basalt of grading 2 spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber with 8 to 10 Ton power rolled complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Combined thickness ie 150 mm thick shall be measured in single unit.

M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with mechanical boomer for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical boomer and finally with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness (75mm or less) thick with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye's dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with including removal of old unserviceable stud complete all as specified and directed.
