Providing Third Party Inspection of works and Material Testing of Works for the Work Construction of new Anganwadis (51) and Upgradation of old Anganwadis (161) in Sandur Taluk Ballari Dist under KMERC -CEPMIZ Grant

Consultant Registration Certificate, A valid ISO 9001-2008 certificate as consultancy services provider from Government approved/ registered Firm. And The Consulting firm shall have prior experience of 10 years in the field of design and construction supervision and project management.

Completed successfully at least ONE (1) Minimum Third Party Inspection workdone Building Work Value of Rs.10.44 crores in Any One Year From past 5 Years (ie.2021-22 to 2025-26) (Credentials obtained from the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished)

The Consultant must furnish Turnover certificate with valid UDIN No issued from Charted Accountant for the last five financial years i.e 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 annual turnover for a minimum of Rs. 104.40 lakhs in any two financial year

The Consultant should have own well equipped laboratory, accredited by NABL located in the Ballari Dist or Surround 60km from working district of Ballari Such as Vijayanagar, Chitradurga, Koppal& Raichur District in Karnataka for testing of materials for which necessary documents with NABL accreditation scope of tests on Cement, Steel, Aggregates, Concrete and Bricks etc., to be produced at time of submission of bids. (In Case Of Engineering /polytechnic Colleges lab Should be Accredited by AICTE or Govt of Karnataka)

The Qualifications and Competence of the key Professional Staff required for the Assignment as indicated in the Bid Document.

The Consultant Should have own Non-Destructive Testing equipments like Ultra-sonic Pulse Velocity Meter, rebound hammer, Profometer etc., for checking the strength of existing structures. The necessary documents to be produced along with photos at time of submission of bids

Firm must have Own mobile laboratory with necessary equipment's

Consultant shall produce Unconditional line of credit for minimum amount of Rs. 31.00 lakhs from any Nationalized Bank/Commercial Bank to prove their financial soundness
