DG SET:

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of silent engine generating set with accoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms 415 Volts 62.5 KVA 3 Phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/2613/ 5000 complete all as specified and as directed, with and including the following:

(A) Alternator: Standard design alternator rated at 62.5 KVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 Phase 4 wire 415 Volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +1% at rated voltage from no load to full load, the alternator conforming to BS 2613/5000 and imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +1% tolerance and suitable for tropical climate and shall generally conform to BS-2613/5000/IS 4722 complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories as under:

(D) Accoustic Enclosure: Manufactured by OEM suitable for 62.5 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution Control Board (iii) The generating set batteries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. Notes for item No 137 to 146: (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of Oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above Lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart including Material and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labour for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation. (iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor. (v) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for which repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
