Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.( Qty 40 % of item 2&3, 982+967.57=1949.57)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture ( one coat )and of required shade on decorated wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly wall surface clean of all dirt , loose pieces of scale inc. preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Extra over items no.17172000for every subsequent coat of distempering with dry distemper of approved brand manufacture.

Painting two coat or more coat on G.I sheet with ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade red shade.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat ) on previously painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade inc. cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and with enamel paint other than white.

Extra over item no 16041000 for every subsequent coat of paint other than white .
