Design, Fabrication, Supplying and Erection of 30.50 mtr. Flag Mast of BAJAJ/VALMOUNT/TRANSRAIL Make. Mast shaft shall be in three sections as per design, hot dip galvanised and suitable, design for wind velocity as per IS 875 (Part-3). The item also includes the submission of stability of foundation reports duly examined and issued/vetted by any IIT/NIT. It includes a special type of Dome, system for Raising Lowering of Flag. It shall have double drum winch, 6 mm dia stainless steel wire rope, decorative anchor plate and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag Suitable control panel shall be provided for reversing operation of Power tool motor. Also Includes LED aviation system with 3C x 2.5 Sqm Cu armoured cable. (WITH PU PAINTING) (Thickness of mast – 5 mm), complete with all suitable accessories to install National Flag, as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supply & Erection of Indian national Flag of size 20ft X 30ft. as per IS Code 1 in 100% Knitted polyester (140 gsm) / Khadi, with reinforced super strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides and rope/toggle sleeve.as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be pcement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement All work up to plinth level. Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 10 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and installation of mild steel 9 meter octagonal street light pole Window - Plasma cut & duly chamfered opening window of 300x110 mm for terminal connections & mounting accessories. Window cover is fitted with allen screws to the pole. Also, suitable no.s 5 to 32A SP "C" Curve MCB for lighting control etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and installation of LED flood light lumanire of 250W and CCT 5700 K with pressure die cast housing and toughened glass and individual LED's with secondary lens optics with IP 66 ingress, 4 kV in-built and 10 kV external surge protection, efficiency 120 lm/w, etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35 sq. mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying of 4 Core x 16 Sq. mm of 1.1 KV Aluminium conductor XLPE Insulated, PVC extruded inner-sheathed, round wired armoured, overall PVC outer-sheathed (as per IS 7098 Part 1) with latest amendments as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
