CATTLE SLAUGHTER (10 HEADS/Day)
SINGEL ROTARY HALAL BOX: The box will be single rotary type to do slaughtering as per Islamic method. Pneumatic Stunner : Jarvis USSS-1 Penetrating Pneumatic Stunner. Model no 4044005 weighs 32.4 lbs. (14.7 kg)
LANDING GRATE : 2.5 Meters X 2 Meters. It is made up of GI pipe and hinges at one end to facilitate the cleaning and maintain hygiene. Further this landing platform covered by MS barrier post from all sides.
LIFTING HOIST : This is an integrated lifting hoist of 01 ton capacity and 8 mtrs travel.
MOTORIZED BLEEDING & DRESSING LINE : The bleeding and dressing conveyor system shall be of flat rail type driven by an electric motor having variable speed control device. Total structure will be hot dip galvanized except chain. The bleed line is having 100 x 12 mm flat rail and dressing line will have 75 x 12 mm flat rail. QUARTERING SYSTEM : No Size as it’s a special equipment designed to ease quartering. It will be constructed im MS duly galvanized.This will help in doing 4 pieces of Carcass and hanging on T-chiller lines.
CHILLER LINE : Size Column: 100X100,I-Beam: 300X140, 18.90M. This will be made up of T-section MS duly galvanized
PRIMARY & SECONDARY STRUCTURE FOR ABATTOIR & CHILLER : Size Column: 150X150 I-Beam: 450X200. This will be used to support & hang slaughter line and its system. This will be of galvanized steel.
PLUMBERING & ELECTRICAL WORK : Schnider, ABV make.Hot Dip galvanized pipe, Valves and Fitting of Zoloto make, Pipe of Jindal make.

SHEEP RESTRAINER : It is fabricated in SS-304 with mechanical operated doors.This helps in movement of Sheep/Goat to halaltable.
HALAL TABLE : It is made up of SS-304 and is designed in a manner that a butcher easily slaughter the animal while standing on the floor.
MOTORIZED BLEEDING AND DRESSING CONVEYOR : It is made of MS (MS Angle 50X3 mm, MS Sheet 4mm thick) hot dip galvanized withfixed hook and chain 6” pitch, 2” dropper pipe at suitable pitch to ease the operation. The track will be Nut Bolting System and the chain will be alloy carbon steel. MS Square pipe 100X100X3 mmthick.
WORKING STATION : Sterilizer With Wash basin Made of SS-304
WORKING PLATFORM : This will be fabricated in SS-304. One platform will be for leg dressing and other for viscera removal will be attached with hand basin and sterilizer.
VISCERA CHUTE : 2.4 X 1.00M. It will be constructed in SS-304 & will facilitate inspection of offal and transfer to offal room.
CHILLER LINE : 19.00M. This will also be fabricated in T-section and will be connected with dressing conveyor. Full structure will be hot dip galvanized.
PRIMARY STRUCTURE FOR ABATTOIR & CHILLER : This will hang slaughter and chiller lines and will be of galvanized maild steel.
HOOKS : This will be made up of SS-304 having PU double rollers.
